Wonderful apartment and great location

Apartment was very comfortable with a lovely patio to walk through every time we went somewhere. Neighborhood is perfect with everything easy to walk to without being right by tourist attractions. Loved being in Triana area.

Beautiful Triana.

A wonderful property in a beautiful neighborhood. Literally steps from the Triana public market. And an easy walk to restaurants and shops as well as an easy stroll across the bridge over the river to attractions on that side. Highly recommended property.

Excellent property in fabulous Triana neighborhood

Clean, well appointed with comfortable bed and good bathroom. In the middle of fabulous Triana neighborhood. Easy walk across beautiful bridge to central Seville. Excellent restaurants within steps of the apartment.

Great place

Lovely place to stay. The bed was the most comfortable one I have ever slept on. I had some problems getting into the place however. The door unlocked with the code provided, but it just wouldn’t open. It was a combination of user error and a sticky door. Called and messaged host and they were super responsive.

I liked the layout and facilities, the fact that I could be independent. I could have food in the fridge, so mornings were relaxed, and I didn't have to go anywhere to have breakfast. There are plenty of nice restaurants, bars, food market and a supermarket close by. The centre of town isn’t far away, but Triana is quieter at night, which is nice. The apartment is in a gated area filled with plants, which is lovely.

Great Location but Uncomfortable Sofa Bed

The unit is lovely and check in was a breeze. The only downside was that the sofa bed was not as advertised and in my opinion not appropriate for any adult. Our family member who is over six foot and over 50 in age had an extremely rough night. The unit would be fabulous for anyone that doesn’t need to sleep on the sofa bed. Sadly, we cut our stay short due to this. That is something I have never done before.

Good apartment but beware the host

The apartment was well-placed and in an interesting building. It was well-equipped apart from some minor things: no chopping boards to help prepare food and only one bedside lamp. Then we come to the towels! We were booked for 6 nights in hot weather when extra showers would be taken. We had one medium towel each and one hand towel, so after 2 days we asked for a change of towels. No answer from the host for 11 hours then patronising instructions to remember it was a tourist apartment and then look in the closet. We had looked in the closets! I said that we had done this and stated that it was Poor Service. In response the host was rude and insulting and threatened to lock us out of the apartment!! That was well out of order. More towels appeared eventually. The host really should have apologised or offered us a refund. We are unlikely to use Vrbo again.

We would like to clarify that the apartment you booked is a tourist apartment, not a hotel, and therefore it does not include daily housekeeping or towel replacement service. However, it is equipped with a washing machine, which allows guests to refresh towels or clothing at their convenience—something not typically available in standard hotel rooms. Additionally, it includes a fully equipped kitchen, offering far more autonomy than a hotel stay. Regarding your request for additional towels, our team responded and delivered them once the situation was understood. We’re sorry that our initial response, aimed at clarifying the nature of the accommodation, was not received as intended. We also categorically deny the claim that there was any threat to remove you from the apartment. At no time was that suggested or considered. Our team always aims to respond respectfully and professionally, even when facing misunderstandings. We truly value guest feedback and are committed to improving every day. La location se trouve assez proche de la station de bus qui dessert l'aéroport et il y a une consigne à bagages juste en face, ce qui est bien pratique pour le dernier jour quand le vol est tard le soir. Le quartier est sympa. Très vivant avec beaucoup de restaurants (pas tous bons). Le marché couvert est très proche et vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez envie. Le centre historique est à 15 à 20 mn à pied. Pensez à réserver avant de venir pour la visite de la tour de la Giralda et l'alcazar. Le logement est conforme aux photos. Il y a des problèmes d'humidité et le sèche serviette fonctionne de façon aléatoire et jamais le matin bizarrement mais sinon tout le reste est correct. Il est en retrait et on apprécie le calme en fin de journée. Je recommande.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Location is key, close to anything you need and the city centre. Apartment is well kept and cosy. Loved seeing all the beautiful plants in the entry way. Host responded to any concerns immediately.

Excellent place and location

Really nice rooms inside a beautiful locked gated area that was safe and quiet. A short walk to the Triana Mercado, with coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Easy walk across the river to downtown and busses and trams make it easy to explore. Bike rental also available close by.
