Great space, lots of good local food around. However air conditioning didn’t work We loved that there was a washer machine there. As we were half way through our trip and it was needed.

Amazing location

Amazing location. Great apartment that just needs an overall deep cleaning. Air conditioner only plugged into the bathroom outlet so we couldn’t use it usefully, unable to locate big enough outlet near where the air conditioner is located.

The Oltrarno

This apartment was delightfully situated in the Oltrarno neighborhood near the Piazza di Santo Spirito. The beds were clean and comfortable. A word of caution--the steps are steep and may be difficult for those with mobility issues to navigate. One of us has knee issues, the other ankle issues, but we did manage for the three days we were there. The kitchen is minimally furnished. No dish towel or paper towels were provided.

Photos make it seem much nicer than it is. Very steep, dark and narrow stairs to the 3rd floor ( I didn’t realize that 1 st floor in Italy is zero, so second floor is actually 3rd). Tiny shower with very slow drain. Beds all need new mattress, one twin is actually a folding roll away bed, only usable for a small child. The area around apartment is excellent, always felt safe. A like more “rustic “ than I am accustomed to. Check in was easy and the girl that met us was nice and helpful. For the price ( in Florence) not bad. As we had a group of 5 options were limited.
