The apartment, located on the second floor, consists of a modernly equipped kitchen, two welcoming bedrooms and two refined bathrooms, both equipped with practical showers. The first bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a lovely French bed, allowing for a comfortable stay for up to 3 guests.

Great apartment, exactly as advertised. Beds were comfy, water pressure was good. Easy walking distance to main tourist attractions, but in a quieter neighbourhood. Would definitely stay again.

We were very happy! The apartment was clean and modern. The host answered our questions very quickly and she was suoer nice. This place did not disappoint! Conveniently located to everything yet tucked away and quiet. Comfortable layout, comfortable beds, comfortable amenities. Would absolutely stay here again.

Thank you very much for having us as your guests. The apartment is perfect and the location is ideal—right in the heart of the Santo Spirito district, not far from the city center. Everything is within easy walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is very well and modernly equipped; nothing was missing. We would be very happy to come back.

We were moved to a different property as our original one was experiencing electrical problems.We were very happy with the apartment, the location was amazing, very close to the river, and a short walk to the old town and tourist attractions. The apartment provided everything that we needed.Communication with the hosts and the concierge was excellent. We did have to wait for a while outside the apartment for the concierge to arrive but she kept in very good contact with us.I would recommend a stay in this apartment!

The flat was an easy walk to the Pitti Palace and not far from local restaurants. It was very contemporary and clean. The hosts made check in easy and we had a great stay.
