Bright apartment for rent located in the historic Via Santa Maria, in the heart of central Florence, a short distance from the majestic Basilica of Santo Spirito and the prestigious Palazzo Pitti. This elegant residence offers a privileged position to fully immerse yourself in the fascinating and cultural atmosphere of this Renaissance city.



The apartment, located on the second floor, consists of a modernly equipped kitchen, two welcoming bedrooms and two refined bathrooms, both equipped with practical showers. The first bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a lovely French bed, allowing for a comfortable stay for up to 3 guests.



Every detail has been carefully taken care of, ensuring a high quality living experience. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant climate in every season. Great apartment, exactly as advertised. Beds were comfy, water pressure was good. Easy walking distance to main tourist attractions, but in a quieter neighbourhood. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was clean, location was great. We were very pleased with the air conditioning. The bathrooms could be improved - there was no counter space in either so we had to put our toiletries on the floor. We visited Caffe mi Piace next door every day for an affordable and tasty breakfast.

We were very happy! The apartment was clean and modern. The host answered our questions very quickly and she was suoer nice. The location is quiet and centrally located to grocery stores and all the shops. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!! Thank you for making our first trip to Florence seamless and stress free.

Thank you very much for having us as your guests. The apartment is perfect and the location is ideal—right in the heart of the Santo Spirito district, not far from the city center. Everything is within easy walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is very well and modernly equipped; nothing was missing. We would be very happy to come back.

We were moved to a different property as our original one was experiencing electrical problems.We were very happy with the apartment, the location was amazing, very close to the river, and a short walk to the old town and tourist attractions. The apartment provided everything that we needed.Communication with the hosts and the concierge was excellent. We did have to wait for a while outside the apartment for the concierge to arrive but she kept in very good contact with us.I would recommend a stay in this apartment!

The flat was an easy walk to the Pitti Palace and not far from local restaurants. It was very contemporary and clean. The hosts made check in easy and we had a great stay.
