The villa features a charming interior terrace with a pool, surrounded by total privacy, providing the perfect atmosphere to relax. The open design of the villa includes a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, all arranged in a fluid space that encourages socialising. While some relax by the pool, others can enjoy cooking and meals in a cosy and social environment. It also has a built-in barbecue area, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals, creating a perfect space to share special moments with family or friends.



The interior presents a modern and elegant touch, with three cosy bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for up to 6 guests. Moreover, both the living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, available free of charge from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. One of the bedrooms offers access to a charming terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.

Important information to consider:

In case of key loss or if left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.



Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
