This typical Majorcan house is situated in Pollença’s old town. It is well looked after and offers fantastic panoramic views from the roof terrace. The house is just a few minutes’ walk away from the main square and a ten-minute drive from the beaches of Puerto Pollença and Cala San Vicente.

On the ground floor, there is a single bedroom, living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen and a courtyard. The first floor offers three double bedrooms and a second bathroom. The largest of the bedrooms leads to a covered terrace with table and chairs. From the second floor, you can access the spacious roof terrace, which offers beautiful views over the town and is perfect for sunbathing. Casa Xisca is the right choice if you are looking for a holiday home for groups.

Lovely townhouse with plenty of room indoors and outdoors

with all the essentials you would need. Great terrace outside and spectacular rooftop terrace. Excellent location just a couple of minutes walk to the main square. Martina was a great host and communication before and during our trip was excellent. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

Martina is a great host

The house was spacious with lovely outdoor spaces including a roof terrace with great views. Pollenca is a beautiful town and the house is only a few minutes walk from the centre where there are some great bars and restaurants. Evenings were chilly at this time of year so we were glad of the electric radiators. Martina is a great host giving recommendations of what to see and do in the area. She responded quickly when we contacted her.

Schönes Stadthaus in guter zentraler Lage

Wir - 4 Frauen zwischen Mitte 50 und Ende 60 - haben den Aufenthalt im schönen Stadthaus sehr genoßen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig und ideal für einen Urlaub in einer kleinen Gruppe, wenn man ein Zimmer für sich haben möchte. Die Terrassen sind traumhaft und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. In den 2 Zimmern zur Straßenseite im 1. Stock quietschen die Betten ganz arg. Auch sind die Betten rechts schmal, was nicht sehr komfortabel war. Hier sollte der Standard verbessert werden, dann mal will ja auch im Urlaub gut schlafen können. Prima wäre auch ein zweiter Schlüssel gewesen. Der Schlüsseltresor ist ja nur geeignet, wenn alle außer Haus sind, aber nicht, wenn Personen im Haus verbleiben und jemand Einkaufen geht. Als begeisterte Hobbyköchin ermpfehle ich die Anschaffung von neuen Pfannen (Boden verzogen).
