Pura Vida Panorama : Enjoy life !

Pura Vida Panorama is located in a unique part of the Netherlands: in the middle of the Randstad and in a beautiful Dutch polder landscape. Breathtaking view of the surroundings from the roof terrace. Connected to the beautiful Kagerplassen and the A4 and A44 around the corner. Spacious house, luxuriously furnished and fully equipped with large Ofyr BBQ, outdoor kitchen and wood-fired hot tub outside & large sauna inside. Canoeing or supping through the polder ditches. Pura Vida Panorama is the 2nd holiday residence that has been realized here and opened its doors oct 15 2021. The house surface is approx. 230 m² and therefore spacious enough to be able to keep distance from each other if necessary. In addition, there is constant ventilation with outside air in all rooms. The outside area which you have privately available at the house is a garden/terrace downstairs of approx. 75 m² and a roof terrace with an amazing view of approx. 45 m².

The House

Ground floor :
Entrance through the conservatory into the very spacious living room with seating, large open kitchen with cooking island, large tree trunk table (12 pers) with armchairs, large sitting area, relaxing armchair, low tree trunk table, fireplace (gas), flat screen TV 55 inch (digital, international channels + Netflix), open staircase, large patio doors to the terrace, 3 x double bedroom with king-size double bed. Also access to 2 complete and luxuriously furnished bathrooms with 2 toilets, 2 rain showers with hand showers, 2 x double sinks, and a large whirlpool bath through loft doors. Separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer can also be found downstairs. Also on the ground floor you will find the 8-person Finnish sauna, which you can book as an extra option during your stay.
1st floor: large bedroom for 4 with 1 x king-size bed and 2 x 1 bed and seating, here is also access to the roof terrace with breathtaking views to 2 sides over the beautiful Dutch polders.
kitchen facilities :
Cooking island with 5-burner induction hob, sink, American fridge and freezer combination including ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, oven.
In addition, there is a kettle, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a blender, soda stream, airfryer, electric citrus press, knife block, pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery for 10 guests. So you will lack for nothing!
Further in the house:
washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, drying rack and WIFI. There is also a digital pinball machine with 906 different "machines" at the disposal of the guests.
Optional : private chef

Outside :

Conservatory attached to the house (approx. 4.5 x 3 m, from mid. november) with seating and outdoor shower.
This flows into the garden with garden furniture including a 10-person outdoor table, lounger, loungeset, also an outdoor kitchen with 2nd refrigerator and large wood-fired Ofyr BBQ.
Further outside and optional:
Use of the large (10 person) wood-fired hot tub. Use of our beautiful white sloop of 8 meters x 2.70 meters, including seat and relaxation cushions and suitable for a maximum of 12 people. Only including private skipper for hire who will bring a large cool box with ice for your drinks on board.. Use of our two 3-person Canadian canoes for a trip through the rural countryside. ditches or the Kagerplassen. A dinghy with a whisper motor for a ride at a slightly more pace is also an option. Or enjoy supping through the polder ditches. And if you want to cycle a bit, there are 2 bicycles available here. The bicycles are at your disposal free of charge, the other options are subject to costs.
