The villa is located just 3 km east of Maro and 5 km from Nerja, a picturesque town famous for its crystal-clear Mediterranean Sea, dramatic cliffs, and golden sandy beaches. From its elevated position, guests can enjoy spectacular sea views, the perfect backdrop for peaceful mornings and unforgettable sunsets.
The area combines natural beauty with close access to everything Nerja has to offer: from the iconic Balcón de Europa, with panoramic views of the coastline, to charming beaches and coves such as Burriana, Calahonda, and the picturesque La Cala de Maro. The cliffs and coastal paths are perfect for relaxing walks, while seafront bars and restaurants invite guests to savor local cuisine with the Mediterranean as a stunning backdrop.
The villa features a spacious terrace to relax and admire the sea, a fantastic private pool (8 m x 6 m, depth 0.75–2 m), and a barbecue area with an oven, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors in a unique setting. It is the perfect place for those seeking a combination of natural beauty and proximity to beaches and charming villages.
Inside, the villa is bright and spacious, decorated in an elegant classic Andalusian style that blends comfort with traditional charm. The large living room invites relaxation, with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a smart TV with apps such as Netflix, and a dining table perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.
