It is located in a building with a lift, on the top floor. It has WiFi connection. A great opportunity to explore the city of Madrid!
It has an area of 85 m², consists of three bedrooms, can accommodate seven people and offers its guests a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The living room is an open space with a fresh decoration, a sofa bed and a lovely dining table.
The kitchen, modern and bright, is fully equipped with everything necessary, including high-end appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, individual gas boiler, air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
This wonderful apartment has two bathrooms, both with shower enclosure.
The main bedroom is very bright, has a window to the outside and features a double bed and good storage capacity thanks to its wardrobes. The second bedroom, also with a window to the outside, has two single beds. The third bedroom has one bed.
It has cooling and heating through underfloor radiant heating, an innovative system that avoids the need to use radiators and air conditioning units.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within approximately 200 metres of the apartment.
Apartment has a spacious terrace with an automatic awning.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established property protocols

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
