The extensive living room features a comfortable double sofa bed, two armchairs in a modern and minimalist style and a television. The modern kitchen, meanwhile, has a perfect size for sharing with family, is fully equipped and has a large window that provides light and freshness.
The apartment is located on a fourth floor with a lift.

IMPORTANT: This property is available exclusively for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Stays for tourist purposes are not permitted.
The guest must provide proof of the reason for their stay (for example, temporary relocation for work, studies, medical treatment or care for a family member) and will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR that must be paid in cash.

On your check-in day, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival so we can coordinate the key handover.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to motor vehicle traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
