Thanks to its excellent location, our guests can enjoy just minutes walking from some of the most iconic and photographed places such as Puerta del Sol, the Royal Post Office, headquarters of the Madrid City Council and whose bells mark the beginning of the New Year in Spain or the famous sculpture of the Bear and the Strawberry Tree.
Moreover, it allows for an excellent connection with the rest of the city by public transport, highlighting the Metro stations of Banco de España and Sevilla and the many bus lines that depart from that area.
The flat
This elegant apartment is located in a completely renovated building with a lift and can accommodate up to nine guests.
The spacious lounge, carefully decorated and with beautiful lighting throughout the day thanks to its three imposing panoramic windows, has a comfortable sofa and a living area with a single sofa bed.
Its spacious independent kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances to ensure comfort and convenience for our guests.
It has four bedrooms specially designed to ensure maximum comfort: two of them with a double bed and the remaining two with two single beds each. On the floor there are a total of three modern full bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite in the main bedroom, and a toilet.
The apartment has WiFi and underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Our accommodation is located in one of the liveliest and most characterful areas of the city, surrounded by a wide range of bars, restaurants and venues that bring the neighbourhood to life, especially as night falls. Its privileged location will allow you to move around easily and have the best that the city has to offer just a few steps away: culture, gastronomy, entertainment and much more.
As it is such a dynamic environment with a lot of activity, it is possible that some ambient noise may be perceived, especially during weekends.
We inform you that minor works are being carried out by the City Council on the street. We apologise for any possible inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. This does not affect the apartments nor cause noise in the flats. The works will remain active until further notice.
This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
