There’s a bar right in front of the house that doesn’t close until 2am every day of the week. Very crowded and extremely noisy throughout the night. Impossible to fall asleep.

Spacious & comfortable in Rome

We were very happy with our stay in Rome. The apartment was light & spacious as depicted and fit our family of 2 adults & 3 teenagers comfortably. The “children’s” room as per the pictures has been cleaned out to fit additional beds which suited us fine but may be disappointing for a younger family. The property is also conveniently located on the corner of a popular square but made it quite noisy late at night. We enjoyed the easy walk and proximity to many of the city iconic landmarks and bus stops. Great to have the use of the laundry during our stay and the communication with the owners was fantastic. Highly recommended from us kiwis

The noise level in the street directly beneath the bedroom windows made it impossible to sleep from 10 pm to 4 am. Bathroom with soaking tub and hand shower wand needs to have a shower curtain to contain the spray; the height of the side of the tub made it especially difficult for seniors to use. Because of the noise level at night we would not stay here again.

Adresse ideale pour visiter Rome

Nous avons apprécié cet appartement très central pour visiter les principaux sites à pied. L'appartement spacieux et bien équipé, est situé dans un secteur piétonnier bien agréable avec une vie nocturne animée mais l'isolation est correcte. Francesco est disponible et réactif.

Appartement très très bien placé ou tout peut se faire à pied ( visite, balade,resto,boutique ) transport aéroport / appartement 31 euros tarif fixe taxi BLANC station taxi tout de suite à droite de l aéroport station taxi à 5 mn à pied de l appartement très bien indiqué Francesco qui nous à accueilli parle italien et anglais mais fait tout pour nous comprendre et être compris Francesco très disponible et à l écoute intervient immédiatement si soucis contacte avec l hôte très rapide et clair nous avons toujours mangé à l extérieur, jamais cuisiné durant notre séjour de 4 jours bien regardé l' annonce 1 seul lit double, puis possibilité de 3 lits simple ( avec le canapé )

Top Lage, leider auch top schmutzig!

Top Lage, wir konnten uns die Stadt super erlaufen. Leider war die Wohnung völlig abgewohnt und braucht dringend eine gründliche Reinigung! Küchenausstattung sehr spärlich.

Une excellente location très propre et assez spacieuse proche de tout .

Vraiment j’ai bien apprécié de la propreté et des lieux très spacieux proche de toute commodité nous faisons toutes nos visites à pied. Le seul bémol c’est l’absence de l’eau chaude j’espère que cela s’arrangera je recommande vivement.

Disappointingly shabby

We were disappointed to find that the pictures in the apartment listing were clearly taken some years ago. There’s now no children’s equipment in the bunk bedroom, the playroom has nothing except a tattered poster, box of Lego and a camp bed. The whole place seems shabbier and more battered than the photos appear. Plug sockets coming out of the walls, large cracks in mirrors, shabby paintwork, broken stools, lounge air conditioning barely works etc. Not well cleaned or looked after with limescale caked around the kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is large but fridge / freezer had broken bits that weren’t clean and we didn’t use the oven more than necessary as didn’t seem to have been cleaned for a long time. Bath plug didn’t hold water which made things difficult with 2 small kids and no cleaning equipment. Location is good but noisy - the double and bunk rooms have double glazing but the camp bed room doesn’t and made it hard to get to sleep. I’m sure the place was lovely 10 years or so ago when it was first done up (which seems to be what’s shown in the pictures) but it’s now more run down.

Localisation pour marcher à Rome Géniale! Tout est facile d’accès avec beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. L’appartement est grand et bien équipé. Un peu de mise à niveau serait bien, mais tres beau séjour en famille de 5.
