The Space:
This stunning 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home, Scenic Sunsets, is a four-story lakefront retreat designed for comfort, entertainment, and breathtaking views. The home sleeps up to 18 guests, featuring a spacious bunkroom with custom-built full-over-full bunk beds and trundles. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows flood the living spaces with natural light, offering panoramic views of the lake. The open-concept design seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, perfect for hosting and relaxing.

Level 1 – Upon entering, you'll find convenient access to a spacious laundry room, complete with a full-size washer and dryer. The added bonus of this space is a built-in ice maker and secondary fridge for added storage space. The entry way is also the access point to the garage and lakeside patio. As you step into garage that has been converted into a game room, it is a fun-filled space with a plush sofa, TV, foosball, and ping pong table. This level opens to multiple patios where you can unwind and enjoy the scenic sunsets. From here, take the stairs down to the boat lift, dual jet ski ramp, and lake level patio. For added convenience there is an outside full bathroom featuring an expansive walk-in shower. There is an external staircase on this level that can lead you up to the main patio deck, and pool area.

Level 2 – The heart of the home features a fully equipped, upscale kitchen with a large central island, high-end appliances, and sleek finishes. The open layout connects the kitchen to the dining and living areas, where guests can gather and enjoy time together. This level also includes a full bathroom and private office space for those needing to squeeze in some emails prior to heading outdoors to enjoy the lake. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood this level with natural light, complemented by multiple sliding doors that provide easy access to the outdoor kitchen, pool, and the spacious patio provides the perfect spot to take in the sunset after a day on the water.

Level 3 – The third level hosts the majority of the guest bedrooms, along with a shared full bathroom that conveniently serves the fourth-floor bunk room. The luxurious primary suite boasts a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and access to a shared balcony with stunning views. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a plush king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and access to the shared balcony with the primary suite. Bedroom 3 also has a king-sized bed and a Jack and Jill shared bathroom with bedroom 4. This bathroom includes dual sinks and a tub combination. Bedroom 4 features two of queen beds and plush linens.

Level 4 – The top level of this home is the fifth bedroom includes two full-over-full bunk beds, each with a trundle, perfect for kids or additional guests. Along with a smart TV and plenty of space for the kids to play.

With a private pool, multiple patios, a game room, and a boat lift, Scenic Sunsets is the ultimate lakefront getaway, offering relaxation, adventure, and unforgettable memories.

Guest Access:
Guests will be able to access the entire home including the boat dock, one boat lift, dual jet ski lifts and garage. Guests also have access to the neighborhood boat ramp. The boats featured in the photos are not included in the rental of this home.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located on Lake LBJ in Kingsland Texas. Minutes away from the Kingsland Community Public Boat Ramp, HEB, and several local restaurants and wineries. There are several local attractions near here such as Inks Lake State Park, Spider Mountain, and Longhorn Caverns.

Getting Around:
There is not public transportation available in the area. Guests will need a vehicle to get to and from this property or around to local attractions.

Other Things to Note:
There are external security cameras at this home.

The pool can be heated for an additional fee with 24 hours' notice. Please reach out to inquire about pool heating options.

This home is very close to the water, so you will want to keep that in mind if you have young children.

Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

This home is not pet friendly as the owners have severe allergies to pet dander. If evidence of pets are found, an automatic fee of $500 is charged to the card on file.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
