The house was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Anthony was very responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location is perfect. Tucked out of the way on the end of the roa. Outdoor area, patio and fire pit inviting and comfortable. Bathroom and especially shower is fantastic with hot water. House is comfortable. The glass dining table can be difficult to maneuver around. Have stayed here multiple times and will stay again.

We arrived to our rental house and were disappointed to find that the listing photos were much newer than the current house status. The steps in the front porch are broken and the bedrooms are not well lit or as nice as the photos appear. The beds were okay but sheets were scratchy. We only slept there and didn’t spend time at all during the day at the house. The neighborhood is very rough and not a great part of town. We reached out to the host a few times on VRBO messaging and didn’t ever hear from him. The door on the second bedroom didn’t shut properly and was cracked open at all times. The bathroom was nice and modern but no room to place cosmetics when you’re getting ready. Overall the stay was okay but would’ve like to seen more currant photos on your listing.
This was the neighborhood. Not very safe

Cozy quiet place. Like that it’s off the beaten path but close enough to anything you wanna go see you or nearby shopping.

We had a lovely stay. The house is small, but clean and very well done. There was more than enough room for the two of us. The house was welll equipped, parking was easy, and the yard was sizable. There was a marvelous thunderstorm that rolled through during our stay and it was exciting to watch from inside the house. I would absolutely stay here again.

Charming and extremely well appointed

Very responsive host. They provide everything imaginable in every room, from kitchen necessities to bed linens. Everything was very very clean. Outdoor area is a nice touch. Location is very convenient to many beaches. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Furniture is new and clean! We will definitely stay again during our next trip to Sarasota!
