Flat located in the central area of the Marina d Or urbanization, in an area with pharmacy, restaurants and bakeries nearby. It is right next to the water park Polinesia, and about a hundred metres from Mercadona.
The flat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen for cooking, air conditioning and private wifi router for its tenants. The terrace of the flat is south facing with lateral sea views.
The building has a parking space for each flat, swimming pool managed by the community of neighbours, children\'s playground and parking for bicycles. It is located on the beachfront, with direct access to the beach area from the front of the building.
