Mississippi State Football Weekend

This was our second time staying here. The house is large and there is a lot of space outside to congregate with friends and family. We enjoyed the fire pit and outside covered patio with TV. I highly recommend staying here if you have a large family and need the space.

Fabulous property!

You will not regret this property for your time in Starkville. It was absolutely perfect for our family Thanksgiving and Egg Bowl experience. Plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and so many fun options for the kids to be entertained. The owners were incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. The house sits on a beautiful lot with plenty of parking for your family. We enjoyed grilling and celebrating our son graduating with his MBA. The house was perfect for our family of 7.

Wonderful retreat

We choose this property because it could sleep 9 adults in beds (not sleeper sofas) and the house appeared upscaled. We choose wisely! The home owners take pride in their home. The house was clean, organized, the furnishings were comfortable, and decorated beautifully for autumn. The yard was large, private, and offered a nice fire pit area. We had a blast on the zip line!

It was a great stay at a beautiful home.

The only complaint anyone had was that there were no drapes or blinds anywhere in the home. Even though it was on a large wooded lot and there was no chance of someone looking in the light in the morn through the windows can be a little tough when trying to sleep late. Other than that all was great.

Beautiful home for stay in Starkville

We loved our stay at the Wells home in Starkville. We gathered with family from several cities for a beautiful fall football weekend. It was such a blessing to have enough space to gather in a lovely family home. The home was furnished with everything we could need and we especially enjoyed the beautiful yard and property.

Wedding Bells

Words could not adequately described this beautiful piece of property! The pictures do not do it justice! Our group of our hospice employees went for the wedding our our youngest social worker. Her venue was about one mile from this beautiful home. The owners were easy to work with and left delightful treats for us to enjoy! The property felt like the country but was less than a couple of miles from the city of Starkville, It was set back from the round and was beautifully landscaped. It was an amazing home and was absolutely spotless! It was well worth what we paid to stay for the weekend! We will definitely return!

Great gameday retreat

Beautiful home on a fantastic lot. Close enough to be a convenient home for football weekends, but tucked into a wooded area perfect for relaxing after the game. Up to date throughout with great amenities. The homeowner was also very pleasant and easy to communicate with via e-mail. I would stay here again on any future visit to Starkville.

Absolutely Fabulous Football weekend getaway in Starkville!

We stayed for the Auburn game with family from both MSU and Auburn. The setting is peaceful and remote, the accommodation was outstanding with room for everyone and the bypass thru the Horse Farm made it unbelievably convenient to get to the stadium and bypass most of the Starkville traffic. We will be back!!!

Awesome place, no hidden "issues". Was beautiful, clean, and HUGE. We had our family come in for our daughters graduation from MSU and could not have worked out better. Washer/dryer, everything you need. Host is available and communicative which was important for us. Can't recommend it enough!

Great house for a big group

Enjoyed staying here for a 5-day family reunion. The house is lived in by a family when not rented as a VRBO so don't expect a lot of space in the closets, kitchen fridge/freezer or pantry. There was a fridge in the garage that we were able to use. The kitchen and dining areas are huge and can accommodate a big group. Family/dining room was a great gathering space for us. Everything was new and super clean. Beds were all comfortable. Host was very nice and answered any questions we had before, during and after the stay.
