Located in the picturesque hilly area of Positano, just ten minutes from the centre, Relaxing is a tastefully furnished apartment that represents a perfect synthesis of tranquillity and comfort.

The property is situated within an exclusive and prestigious park, offering guests the privilege of a condominium swimming pool and the rare convenience of a reserved parking space included in the stay.

The interior spaces, extraordinarily bright and functional, welcome guests in a spacious main hall designed for relaxation and conviviality.

The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a television, a small library and a dining table.

The sleeping area consists of two refined bedrooms – one double and one single – designed to guarantee maximum rest.

Serving the house are two complete bathrooms, one of which is also equipped with a practical washing machine.

The kitchen, independent and fully equipped, is furnished with everything necessary to prepare meals in complete autonomy.

The true jewel of the residence is the splendid private balcony: an external space from which unfolds a breathtaking sea view, capable of embracing the entire cascade of houses and the beaches of Positano until catching sight of the evocative profile of Monte Pertuso.

The condominium swimming pool is open from 1/6 to 30/09 with mandatory booking.

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

• Late Check-in: for arrivals from 20:00 onwards, a supplement of €30 is charged.

•Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

• Accommodation tax: to be paid on arrival, €2.50 per person per night. From 23:00 onwards the supplement will be €50.

• Parking: Parking space included for one (1) motor vehicle (no vans, no minibuses).
