Villa George • Outdoor kitchen & Pool paradise

This beautiful 4 bedroomed villa (213m²) is set in a spacious plot (990m²) and is located in the quiet Cap Blanc area of Moraira. It has versatile accommodation to suit a range of family or friend groups, having numerous different seating and eating areas in both the sun and the shade around the villa, terraces and gardens for up to 8 people. The property was refurbished both inside and out in 2022 including new aircon units in every room.

The first floor comprises master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and another double bedrooms, bathroom, large lounge with 60” satellite TV, kitchenette and desk. The large terrace provides seating and dining areas both covered and open with steps leading down to the pool.

On the ground floor are 2 more bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The main kitchen is fully fitted and includes on tap water filter and ice maker, this leads into the spacious dining room and snug area with sofas. There is also a utility room for your laundry needs.

Outside has a lower terrace with covered area housing large sofas, pool (10m x 5m) with an additional shallow sunbathing shelf, large pool terrace with sunbeds, toilet facilities, shower, gardens, and a table tennis table. The brand-new bar area is the centre of evening entertainment together with gas fired BBQ, paella cooker, fridge freezer, bar stools and extensive lighting. Opposite is a spacious pergola with thatched roof and fan, for comfortable al fresco dining.

The villa has ample parking for 3 cars on the drive.

a wonderful stay at Villa George.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa George. The house is really spacious, and perfect for a family. The pool and outdoor areas are the highlight : lots of space to relax, a great BBQ area, and plenty of space. Inside, everything was spotless and really well equipped, with comfortable bedrooms and a modern kitchen that had everything we needed. The location is quiet but close enough to Moraira to pop into town easily. We’d definitely come back! The only thing we would have wished for is a bit more shade on the terrace during the day ( it was so hot !), but it was a minor detail compared to how much we enjoyed our stay

An amazing Villa, well organised and laid out to provide a seamless holiday. Has everything you need and more, along with an amazing pool and bbq area. The location of the Villa perfect. Lots of restaurants around, nothing that the Villa can control but the Taxi situation in this town is not ideal. We waited over an hour for taxis into and out of town, recommend you hire a car to get about or plan your days and try to pre book the 8 seater with plenty of notice, this is the only 8 seater in town so is always very busy but super helpful.

Absolutely fabulous villa

Family holiday (range 9 months to 66 years old) and it was brilliant for all. Extremely well equipped villa, quality finishes and fittings, outside area was amazing and where we spent almost all our time both day and night. We know Moraira very well, having until recently owned a property here : the villa was everything we hoped for and more !

Beautiful villa

The outside bar area and seating were perfect for socialising as a family. Lovely big pool and handy outside toilet. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. The only thing issue we had was with the horrible smell from the filters / drains on terrace. Despite the septic tank being emptied straight away when I reported, the smell didn’t go unfortunately.

A wonderful stay at a wonderful villa!

From the moment we booked with HMR, the service was impeccable. Communication was excellent and we felt like we were in safe hands. The villa itself was even better than described - 5 beautiful double bedrooms (two which could be converted to singles, excellent for the children sharing) with lovely, immaculate bathrooms and air con in all the bedrooms and living areas. There was everything we needed for 5 adults and 4 children of all ages to have a wonderful stay, even down to a baby gate so I could keep the roaming toddler off the stairs. The outdoors is even better - many different seating areas for relaxing/dining/games and drinks - we loved the bar! We understand the outside kitchen and bbq is being expanded for next year, even better. There were plenty of glasses and kitchen items, and even plastic plates and cups provided for children which is a godsend. The pool was amazing, and in fact the only complaint was that we couldn't keep the kids out of it! The location was great, there is a supermarket and 10+ restaurants within a 10 minute walk. You might want to hire a car if you want lots of access to beaches and the town of Moraira or further, but we didn't have one and over 10 days, it didn't matter we just walked more locally or got the bus on two occasions to the town and beach. We really tried to think of suggestions for improvements to be helpful - but honestly, cant think of a thing! Thank you to the villa owners, and to HMR, for an amazing holiday.
