Overpriced

Absolutely amazing view of the whole bay, Moraira & El Portet. The setting & location is fantastic easy reach to all facilities. The downside is that the property needs updating; parasols were all broken & didn't fit the bases; the air con in the living room leaked had to use pan to catch it; window blind cords broken in the sunroom, no air con in the bedrooms only in the main bedroom & no fans could be provided; window seals detached no handles from out balcony side. Overpriced. Sorry.

Wonderful views but lacks air conditioning

There is no doubt the villa has a spectacular setting and view overlooking the bay and beach of El Portet. The villa has several drawbacks but the view would outweigh these - apart from the peak of summer where it’s so hot in the house that it’s unbearable. The driveway is v steep and difficult to use. The pool has no shallow end and v little shade around the pool. TV has German and Spanish channels only. Worst of all there is no a/c in the bedrooms other than the master bedroom.

Great house. Superb location. Needs air conditioni

We loved el portet. And moraira. And the house. The views are spectacular. Its very quiet. No nightlife which suited us. Its a 300m walk to the beach. It's up a hill and there are lots of steps up and down. Only 1 bedroom has air con bit needs dark light resistant curtains....the other bedrooms really need air con.

El Portet

Fantastic location, been to the area many times, first time in this Villa. It has stunning views of Moraira Harbour, the Bernia mountain range and out to Efach and Calpe. It doesn’t come much better than this ! Only problems are : the Villa interior and furnishings are a little tired now, needs a bit of tlc . Lots of steps without railings on all of them , so if you have young children or you are infirm be careful. The agent Interhome does a good job of looking after the property. Glorious !

Die Lage ist hervorragend, wunderbarer Blick aufs Meer. Sehr grosses Haus mit ausreichend Liegestühlen. Negativpunkte: Wenig Schattenspender, eher alte Infrastruktur. Wir mussten teils Möbel reparieren die kaputt gingen, die Sauberkeit beim Einzug liess zu Wünschen übrig. Die Kleiderschränke innen waren sehr staubig und das Geschirr nicht sauber abgewaschen. Nach einer Putzrunde unsererseits war es uns dann aber sehr wohl, wir kommen unter Verbesserung der oben genannten Punkte gerne wieder.

Underbart hus

Ett underbart boende och en makalös utsikt över hav och land. Vi stortrivdes allihopa, både med boendet, den härliga poolen och omgivningarna. De enda nackdelarna var glassplitter på altanen, en alltför liten varmvattenberedare och en trasig diskmaskin, det sistnämnda tog tre dagar att åtgärda. Byt ut den föråldrade diskmaskinen och sätt in en större beredare så blir det högsta betyg.

Sobre todo bien

La proxima vez prefiero alquilar una casa en un plano. Pero la casa estaba bien, quizas demasiado grande para nosotros, pero no puedo quejar.
