Villa Helonaki

Helonaki is situated down a quiet road just as you enter the beautiful village of Kassiopi. It has 4 double rooms, a pool, and a beautiful view. Surrounded by olive trees, it has a sense of privacy, making it a wonderful choice for a summer holiday in Corfu.

This is a newly renovated villa, just a short walk from the center of Kassiopi and the harbour. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of seating areas indoors and out, an outd oor dining area, large bbq area and sunloungers around the pool, where families or friends can relax on their stay in Corfu. 9 people can stay here, with the 9th person sleeping on a camp bed.

Layout

The villa has 2 floors. On the ground floor are 2 double rooms and a separate bathroom. The rooms have balcony doors which lead to the downstairs patio and built in wardrobes. The first floor consists of a large open plan living room, kitchen with island and dining area, all with a view of the pool and the sea in the distance. A small set of stairs takes you to 2 further bedrooms - the master with luxurious ensuite shower room with Juliette balcony, separate dressing room and has sliding doors leading on to a private balcony. The second bedroom on this floor has an ensuite shower room and built in wardrobes. Sliding doors open onto a private terrace at the back of the house leading to the pool. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. On the ground level there is a very large utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, laundry airer and ironing board.
