Sitges Spaces Garden Paradise is a magnificent 3 bedroom/3 bathroom garden apartment located near the center of town in the new and coveted residential area of Sitges know as the 'Plana', surrounded by lovely and modern condos, luxury single family homes, beautiful landscaping and local commerce. It is considered one of Sitges most desirable areas for living and renting! Just a short 5 minute walk into the centre of town, train station and quick access to the many beaches, Sitges Spaces Garden Paradise is an ideal property for family holidays and/ or remote workations/staycations/relocations!

Sitges Spaces Garden Paradise brings together everything you would need for an enjoyable holiday or monthly rental. It´s modern, tastefully furnished, south orientation allowing natural sunlight to illuminate the apartment practically all day! Moreover, it´s a ground floor property eliminating use for stairs and enjoying direct private access into the exterior common areas as well as the large and well maintained communal pool/gardens.

The major asset of this beautiful apartment is it´s magnificent terrace and garden areas, all PRIVATE just for this property. It has more than 110 Square Metres of private terrace space including ample space for outdoor dining, a beautiful chill-out are with comfortable couches and a balinese bed, sun lounges to work your tan and and a separate garden area with a gas BBQ, picnic area and well-maintained natural vegetation. By far, it is one of the most attractive areas of the apartment allowing larger families/groups to spread out and enjoy the space without feeling crowded.

The apartment also has direct and private access to the communal pool area which has a beautiful large pool (available May- October) and separate pool for younger children. The pool is also surrounded by a lovely landscaping and natural grass to lie out and enjoy.

There is also private, secure parking available in the building with an large parking spot adequate for most large vehicles available for a small daily charge (free for stays of 7 nights or more) with quick access to the apartment by elevator.

Sitges Spaces Garden Paradise is equipped with central air conditioning and natural gas radiators to ensure the perfect temperature any time of the year!





Important information to consider BEFORE making your reservation: Sitges Spaces embraces a strict policy about noise control and prohibits parties of any type at ALL our properties in order to ensure the well being of our neighbors. If you have any doubts about the details of these policies, please consult with us BEFORE making your reservation.





For rental periods of 28 nights or more, a special reduced monthly discounted rate may be applied to your reservation. In this case, utilities (electricity, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately. A checkout cleaning will automatically be added to the final price.

Moreover, an additional cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30-day period at a charge of 95€ per service and must be paid by the guest. This monthly cleaning service is mandatory to ensure that the apartment is always properly cleaned and maintained.

Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 150€ per pet/month (maximum 300€ per pet/stay).

For stays of more than 32 nights, an additional Seasonal Rental Contract must be signed as required by local regulations (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya), and the security deposit may be increased to cover the longer period of stay.

Lovely apartment and outside space

We stayed in this 3 bed apartment for 4 nights. Easy walk to town and beach. Supermarket conveniently across the road. Spacious accommodation with lots of outdoor space. Pick up of keys is well explained and only a few minutes walk from apartment. Simple check out process. Highly recommended.

very good location and spacious apartment

We stayed for 4 nights in the apartment which was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities required for a short stay. It is also very well located for walking into the town centre. The biggest issue for us was not having hot water because the boiler was not working. We had to bleed the radiator everytime a shower was needed. This was an inconvenience.

Hello Lydia and thanks for your comments. Unfortunately there was a temporary problem with the boiler which was affecting the pressure and a special part needed to be order to resolve it that took a few days but despite this we offered assistance to insure hot water during your stay which was a quick 5 minute process each day until it was permanently fixed a few days later. We apologize for this inconvenience.

This property was advertised as "Huge". It lived up to this as there was plenty of room indoors & outdoors for our family. We had four adults & one child and all had plenty of room. There was a grocery store & coffee shop within a three-minute walk. This was very convenient for getting any food, etc that was needed to be able to cook some meals while there. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies for preparing meals and the BBQ outdoors was a plus. The property was about a 10-minute walk into the city center, but an easy walk so no problem. Lots of restaurants and shopping to choose from and a nice beach right there to top it off.
