Flat 11 sleeps 2 people and is a lovely one bedroom apartment with a double bedroom, lounge dining area, kitchen and bathroom with bath and over shower.
The lounge / dining area comes with a32 inch Smart TV, 2 large leather recliner chairs, a table and 2 chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as cutlery, crockery and pots and pans.
All our self catered holiday apartments are dog friendly. We would love you to bring your 4 legged family member with you, and for a small additional fee you can. Please ensure you tell us by selecting the option when booking. The dogs must not be left in the apartment alone, unattended.
We have some free parking available at the rear of the property which on a first come first served basis. There is also additional free parking available on Glentworth Crescent itself, or the NCP to the rear of the property which is £1.45 a day or £9.95 for 7 days in off peak season.
We also ask all our guests to respect the guests in other apartments by keeping noise down later on in the evenings and early in the morning, whilst in your apartment or entering or exiting the building. Many thanks, and enjoy your holiday with us in Skegness.
