Lovely sunny, clean and modern holiday apartment just a few minute's walk form the beach and centre of Skegness. With miles of beautiful beaches, there's plenty to do nearby for families with kids or for 'grown-up' holidays and breaks. Choose from bowling, fun-rides, amusements, Natureland and plenty of other visitor attractions close by. You'll find restaurants, bars,takeaways and Asda supermarket on your doorstep and there's a TV, washer machine, WiFi and private off street car park too. Well behaved Pets welcome too.

    Got to the property check in very easy Flat clean and tidy Kettle had fault emailed owner new one bought to us within hours Overall good location close to all amenities Only thing i think that could be improved on is perhaps put second step in near front door as big drop I found quite difficult due to my disability

    Good location

    Property was in a great location for beach and attractions. We felt that the property could have been cleaner. When wiping drops of water from the bathroom floor we realised how dirty the floor was, also the rug in the living room didn't look like it had been vacuumed properly. We didn't feel comfortable when sitting on the sofa, something was making us itch! Would recommend staying here if these issues are addressed.

    Really good would use again

    I really enjoyed this place, after staying I caravans for years its confused why I never stayed in these apartments before. Really nice and clean.

    Clean, comfortable, handy location.

    The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you'd need. It's just a 5 minute walk to the seafront, near to the seal sanctuary, with the pier, amusements and town centre a couple of minutes further.
