The Residence Micaene is located 500m from the center of Pineto And a few steps from the beach. The ARGO apartment, with entrance on the first floor, is a four-room apartment on two levels. On the first level there is the living room with kitchen complete with accessories, dishes, crockery, fridge with freezer compartment, oven and gas hob, TV and sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The internal staircase leads to the upper floor consisting of 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and balcony with side sea view. From the living room you can access the terrace, equipped with table and chairs, ideal for those who want to enjoy the time outdoors. It is also possible to access the swimming pool with free admission and for the exclusive use of guests. Just 100 meters from the Residence, passing through the historic pine forest that runs along the coast, you will arrive at the golden sandy beach, and just 5 minutes\' walk will take you to Torre Cerrano, an ancient port now home to the Marine Protected Area of the same name \" Torre del Cerrano \". To give you greater comfort, upon arrival you will find the first supply of bed linen and towels included in the price. On request, for a fee, internal parking is available.
