Beautiful Modern 1 Bedroom Apartment Close to the Beach

A truly lovely 1 bedroom duplex apartment, recently renovated in a fantastic location close to the beach .
The complex has 2 good size swimming pools & beautiful manicured gardens.
The whole complex has recently been painted & looks stunning, clean & fresh.

Only five minutes walk to playa Flamenca beach, and all bars & restaurants The famous Zenia boulevard shopping centre is within a 8 minutes walk. The shopping centre has undergone a huge renovation project & there are lots of new shops, & activities for everyone to enjoy. A MUST on everyone's to do list.

This amazing apartment is modern yet homely.

The fully fitted kitchen has everything that you might need to cater for yourselves should you wish, including a full oven & hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, crockery & cutlery, pots pans & all those kitchen drawer extras from cocktail stirrers to a garlic crusher.

The lounge is light & airy with folding doors leading to the spacious private terrace, a comfy sofa where you can relax & watch tv or play a DVD, coffee table & little extras like candles, incense burner with incense sticks if that's your thing.
The ceiling fan has 3 different speed & light settings to suit any mood.

Upstairs is a large Aircon bedroom with stunning views over the pool & gardens
A good night sleep is a must on holiday & we have provided you with a luxury king size bed with lovely bedside cabinets & lamps, creating a calm & relaxing bedroom, large fitted wardrobes with plenty of space for all your holiday essentials, we provide lots of hangers as well, you will also find the safe here, for peace of mind.
Mattress & all pillows are protected with covers & all linens are cotton including spare sets.

The spacious bathroom has a large walk in rain shower plus an adjustable jet shower head. Bath, hand & hair towels including a hairdryer are provided. Heated towel rail.
The washing machine, Iron & ironing board are also located here.

The spacious private terrace overlooks the garden & pool area, it has a foldable table, reclining chairs & a large parasol ideal for watching the world go by.

Also provided is a large BBQ.
Also provided for your convenience are foldable beach chairs, cool box & beach towels.

SAFETY: Located in the apartment is a smoke alarm, a fire blanket, fire extinguisher & a small first aid kit.

PLEASE NOTE:
A Damage deposit of 250 euros is required upon arrival. Fully refundable should there be no damages.

You are responsible for all damages to the apartment caused by any member of your party.

Cleaning charge of 70 euros payable upon arrival.

Airport Pick up & drop available please ask for more info.

WIFI available upon request, payable direct to owner.
FREE use of beach towels, beach chairs- loungers & Cool box.

SORRY NO PETS. Although we are pet lovers, we do have to consider all guests & so we are unable to accommodate Pets.

Nice place

Me and my wife stayed here for two weeks. The apartment was nice and fresh.Well maintained area. Close to everything. 15 minutes to the beach. 5 minutes to Mercadona. 15 minutes to most restaurants. Then we walked all the time. We are 60 + and the only thing we thought was that there were a lot of families with children when we were there in July.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Ditone. It was so comfortable and very clean throughout. The property is extremely well equipped and couldn't fault it. The owners have taken lots of time to think of everything possible you may need in a self catering apartment and very tastefully done too! There is a nice balcony overlooking the pool. We loved the position of Oleza Garden village, perfect for us! In walking distance to restaurants and the beach and shops. Right next door is a very good supermarket. It was a lovely quiet and relaxing complex with beautiful gardens and 2 swimming pools. We are so grateful to Diane who helped us with so much and replied to any requests instantly. She even arranged our pick up to and from the airport with lovely George. Thank you so much Diane for making our stay so lovely.

1 bed apartment in Playa Flamenca

The apartment met all our requirements. Modern and clean and in a great location with supermarket, bars and restaurants close by. Playa Flamenca beach only a 10 minute stroll away. Swimming pool and gardens next to appartment were well maintained.

Just an amazing apartment and place to stay. Absolutely spotless and beautifully presented. Literally everything you would possibly need is within the apartment and the gardens and pool were beautiful also. Di was fantastic to deal with from start to finish and couldn’t do enough for us. Great stay in a cosy and comfortable apartment.

We really enjoyed our time at Diane’s apartment. It was very comfortable, clean, in a great location for local amenities and had everything we needed for our short stay here. It was the perfect size for the two of us and was exactly what we needed to help us relax and escape for a few days. The communication from Diane was excellent from the moment we booked up to leaving and she was just on the end of the phone, should we have required anything at all, which we didn’t! We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment and would return!

A very nice & well equipped apartment on a well maintained complex. We were very happy with the quantity & quality of the apartment fixtures & fittings. we could not think of any obvious omissions. Diane the host was great to deal with & answered any questions prompt & efficiently. We had a great vacation staying in this property & If returning to the area, we would be more than happy to stay here again.

Playaflamenca holiday

We had a fabulous few weeks stay in this lovely appartment Home from home, All you will want are there for you to use Lovely view of the pool and beautiful gardens from the patio and terrace All you want is within a short walk Beaches,shops,bars,restaurant's and more Bike hire a few minute walk,that I took the opportunity to see see a little further afield Cant wait to go back Will be booking shortly

This was one of the nicest holiday rents I’ve stayed in. Absolutely immaculate with everything you could possibly need. Location is very central to everything. Always stayed at la zenia hotel but will have no hesitation in staying here instead
