The master bedroom offers versatility with two single beds that can be separated upon request, accompanied by an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes ensures ample space for all.

A refreshing communal pool beckons a mere 30 meters away, offering the perfect oasis to unwind and soak up the Spanish sun, open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.

Tee off your vacation at the Villamartin Golf course, just a 6-minute stroll away. Plus, the Royal Campoamor and Las Ramblas courses are within easy reach, making this a haven for golf enthusiasts.

The Valencian region has introduced a new law where property rentals in this region are no longer allowed to rent out for more than 10 days, if you book for longer you will not be protected as the rental will not be legal.

Fees and Services:
A nominal €70 fee upon arrival covers cleaning and laundry for after your stay.
For late arrivals (8:00 pm to 10:00 pm), a €15 surcharge applies, while arrivals after 10:00 pm incur a €25 fee.
Nursery hire is available please notify us if you would like a travel cot or high chair, the cost would be €15 each.

Flexible Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in commences after 2:00 pm, allowing you to start your holiday promptly. Departure is before 10:00 am, offering flexibility, special arrangements can be made to suit your needs depending on availability.

Great location

The property check in was easy with great communication from key holder. The apartment is a few minutes walk from Villamartin Plaza with 3 other bars nearby too. The property although away from the coast faces the sea whereby a lovely breeze comes across. Property was clean but could have a tiny more TLC to make it great. We had a great stay and would definitely use this again.

Excellent holiday property. All home comforts thought of.

Great location, property like a home from home. Spacious and clean. Terrace lovely and private with a great view. Pool area well maintained and not at all busy. Property had everything you needed for a relaxing holiday. Only one area to improve to make perfect which is the double bed could do with an upgrade both frame and mattress for a good night sleep. Overall would very happily book there again.

Très bon séjour,les climatisations sont de très bonnes qualités et récentes, l'appartement avec salle de bains et une autre avec salle de douche très pratique pour la famille, une semaine très agréable par contre avec l'arrivée en deuxième semaine de deux familles anglaise amis, une horreur des gens pas civilisés enfants avec tous des matelas de plage dans la piscine 8 au total impossible de nager et très très bruyant nécessitant l'intervention de plusieurs personnes locataires et propriétaires, il y avait des bouts de frites éclater partout et de plastiques, jamais vu ça sur Orihuela Costa et pourtant j'en ai fait des locations ça c'est toujours bien passé, comment des gens comme ça peuvent te détruire tes vacances en fait.

Ideal location for a short break

Location fantastic, walking distance to plaza and local bars , the apartment needs a little up dating, needs new beds as had to sleep on settee as very uncomfortable, a little more care and attention to visitors ie . Dish cloth and cleaning products etc as we arrived on a Sunday it would of been nice to have , we bought our own the next day ; this was pasted on to the gleam team , we enjoyed our break with our friends and would definitely use again if the beds are renewed.

Fantastic Location

The apartment is in a fantastic location, 5 minutes walk from Villamartin plaza with all its bars and restaurants. You also pass by 2 great bars and an Italians on the way if you don't want to venture out the street. The apartment itself was clean and tidy although the mattress on the double bed needs replaced as you find yourself sinking in the middle, not the best sleep I've had, also had to purchase our own cleaning products such as washing up liquid and hand wash which would have been a nice touch if supplied as you are paying 60 euros for cleaning. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would return if better mattress is on bed

Fantastic apartment at Villamartin

Fantastic ground floor apartment just a 5 min walk from Villamartin. It had everything we needed there, and more. We loved the air conditioning, but even without it the apartment tended to keep quite cool. Very clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely book this again if returning, and would recommend it to anyone else.

Weather was not good when we stayed apartment gets very little sun this early in the year. Apartment near to plaza and two other bars along with an Italian restaurant. The Indian restaurant next to the Ale House is excellent .
