We have stayed for 1 week with my family of 4 during the 2nd week of the easter break, our second visit to the Playa Blanca resort. We were super lucky to be the only family in the complex of 5 houses, so the swimming pool area was for the 4 of us only. The swimming pool area is kept tidy by a friendly team who maintains the swimming pool in optimal conditions and temperature and the surrounding area clean of dust. The house is rather big, well equipped, spacious, and fresh inside for our holidays, no need to use the air con during the day, with a large social area with a complete kitchen and TV lounge to keep the family distracted downstairs whilst you can have a nap away from noise. Rooms and beds are super comfy, quiet, and clean. Bedding linen was clean and fresh and home and swimming pool towels fresh, and clean. Our very friendly host kept us well informed with all we needed to know even before we arrived, to make us feel welcome, this is spot on! Outside the house, the area is in development, however the noise was minimal, a rather quiet area. A 2-minute walk takes you to 2 supermarkets, and many good restaurants for all budgets from breakfast ‘til dinner. From here, bus No.30 can take you to the Playa Blanca town centre in 20 mins, you can also walk for 40 minutes to Playa Flamingo, great for little children. We rented a car as Playa Blanca resort is large and we wanted to visit many places around the isle. Thanks a lot for your hospitality, we will come back!

Schöner Urlaub in sauberem Reihenhaus

Wir hatten eine entspannte Woche in einer kleinen Anlage, die man sich mit 4 anderen Ferienappartements teilt. Eigentlich ist es aber eine sehr große Wohnanlage, die aus mehr als 200 Reihenhäusern besteht. Daher wohnt man sowohl mit Einheimischen als auch mit Urlaubern zusammen. Das schließt mit ein, dass man auch deren Hunde, deren Feiern und deren Streits mit anhören muss. Zu der kleinen Fünfer- Anlage gehört ein beheizter und häufig gereinigter Pool, der in unseren Augen das Plus der Anlage ist. Die Wohnungen sind modern und mit sehr vielten technischen Raffinessen ausgestattet, die wir fast nicht benutzt haben. Ein Plus ist auch die Waschmaschine, zu der ich mir einen tragbaren Wäscheständer gewünscht hätte, denn in dem kleinen Hauswirtschaftsraum trocknet die Wäsche schlecht. Wir hatten ein Auto, mit dem wir an die beliebten Strände gefahren sind. Es gibt aber auch den Bus Nummer 30, der als Ortsbus vor dem Supermarkt abfährt. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe und vollkommen ausreichend. Wir hatten das Appartement 209, das fast den ganzen Tag schattig ist. Das mag vielen Menschen gefallen, ich war ein wenig traurig, dass die Koniferen und Palmen fast ganztägig die Sonne abhalten vom Pool und von diesem Appartement. Die anderen Wohnungen sind sonniger, also wer Sonne möchte, die Nummern 208, 207, 206 oder 205 buchen!

We stayed here for 4 weeks, the property had everything we needed for a long stay. The owner was very communicative and went out his way to help us in every way. I would highly recommend this property and won’t hesitate to stay here again

Se trata de cinco casas adosadas que comparten la zona de la piscina. La vivienda en la que estuvimos estaba muy bien, disponiendo de todo lo necesario para una estancia vacacional. Además, los propietarios, Acaymo y Rafael, son muy atentos y te proporcionan cualquier cosa que necesites. La casa estaba limpia y en nuestro caso nos hicieron una limpieza intermedia con cambio de sábanas, lo cual se agradece mucho. Respecto a la ubicación, esta cerca del Faro Pechiguera y si bien hay restaurantes y un par de supermercados cerca, en mi opinión, es recomendable disponer de coche para poder ir a la playa y visitar la isla. En resumen, una muy grata experiencia.

Fantastico

Al llegar teníamos en el frigorifico una botella de agua fresquita que es muy de agradecer. También un botella de vino de la tierra de la que dimos buena cuenta durante la cena :) La casa está geníal y tenía de todo: Pastillas para el lavavajillas, lavadora, algunas capsulas de café para los primeros días, sábanas extra, toallas para el baño y también para la playa o piscina. Y los colchones super cómodos, los individuales eran de muelles y el viscoelástico el de la cama de matrimonio, pero vamos si no eran 100% nuevos tenían poco uso. Y la piscina aunque está compartida con otras 4 casas era como tener una piscina privada puesto que no coincidiamos. Si volvemos a Lanzarote sin duda repetiré en este alojamiento.
