Welcome to our charming and well-appointed vacation rental in the vibrant city of Valencia! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is the perfect home base for families, couples, groups of friends, and business travelers alike.

Boasting a generous 120 square meters of living space, this accommodation offers ample room to spread out and relax. The three bedrooms feature a mix of queen-size beds and a double sofa bed, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. The two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, ensure everyone has their own space to get ready for the day.

The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for home chefs, with a stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and all the necessary kitchenware. Enjoy meals together at the dining table or step out onto the balcony or patio for alfresco dining. The apartment also boasts a washer, coffee maker, iron, and other convenient home accessories to make your stay feel like a home away from home.

Stay connected with the high-speed Wi-Fi, and enjoy entertainment on the flat-screen TV. The apartment is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, ensuring your comfort year-round.

The deposit of 900 euro is required and has to be paid one week before arrival through an external link sent via email. The deposit gets returned in a maximum of 7 days after your check out.

HOUSE RULES

1-In order to have access to the accommodation you need to complete the check-in online first and pay the deposit through the email we will send you. Once the accommodation has been checked for any possible damage, you will receive a refund of the deposit during a maximum of 7 working days after your check out.

2. The deposit is valid only for any possible damage caused to the property.

The bills are included in the price up to 5€/day.

2-Check-in is from 4:00 pm and Checkout is until 11:00 am. We would appreciate it if you let us know your arrival and departure time.

3- The customer service hours are from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. If you intend to arrive outside of these hours, please make sure that you have received and understood the instructions.

4-Less than 8 days before the arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of days or the number of guests in the reservations. There will be no refund in this case.

5- One queen size bed will be prepared for every two people in the group; however you can request additional beds according to the number of guests.

6- The duvet covers are to be found in the closet during cold seasons and in a box under the bed, during hot seasons.

7-The apartments have electronic locks which should not be manipulated. In case there is any problem with the locks, please contact us. Otherwise there is a 800 euros charge for any damage.

8- Between 10pm and 9am are the quiet hours in the building, please keep the noise down during this time.

9- Parties are forbidden.

Pets are forbidden

10- Having guests is not permitted, each guest will be treated as an additional person in the accommodation and you will be charged accordingly.

11- Additional person fee is 60 Euros per night per person, plus commission that could be charged through the deposit.

12- Total cleaning service fee is 60 Euros.

13- Changing the towels fee is 5 Euros per person that includes one bath towel and one hand towel.

14- Changing bed sheet fee is 15 Euros per bed.

15-- Some consumable products such as coffee capsules (Tassimo) , toilet papers etc. are provided in limited quantities and will not be recharged however you can find what you need in Mercadona, Consum etc.

14- Please put the trash in the trash containers on the street.

15.If you require an invoice please let us know before your stay has been completed with the details to be able to modify the invoice
