The apartment is centrally located in the old section within easy walking of excellent shopping, tourism, access to public transportation. The “portero” Brian is very friendly and helpful which is important because the reservation agent Pilar provided only a cursory introduction and could not help with a protracted air conditioning problem. The flat is large, well equipped and attractive. One “con” for some may be the noise from the Corte Ingles bus stop right in front, but that did not bother all. There is a lovely park adjacent and an abundance of cafes and coffee shops nearby. In general, it would have been helpful to have available more information regarding recycling, up-to-date dining recommendations, cultural and art activities, metro fares, etc., which other hosts have provided liberally.

Ruim en luxueus penthouse

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Valencia. Top locatie. Heel vriendelijke eigenaars die ons super geholpen hebben om toch nog te kunnen inchecken ondanks onze late aankomst. Dankjewel.

Excellent place

This three bedroom three bath apartment was extremely spacious. I had all of the furnishings and kitchen equipment that we needed. I especially enjoyed the very large Jacuzzi bathtub several times during our stay and the security was perfect

Please list the square footage of the apartment. It’s spacious and prettier than the pictures. Lots of nearby great restaurants. Super walkable.

Fantastic place to stay

We’re a family of six so finding a place for all of us to stay is challenging. The property is enormous and fit us so comfortably. In addition, the location within Valencia made access to groceries, restaurants, transportation, and shopping super convenient. Finally, communications with the property couldn’t have been easier!

Huge appartment in excellent location

The property was very spacious and luxurious. We were with a group of 6 guys and enjoyed it a lot. Suggestion would be to provide an extra set of keys for the guest because with a group of 6, having one key is sometimes a bit problematic. But overall great experience and Pilar is a great hist.

This property was so expansive! We enjoyed its spaciousness, the location and Pilar was a real jewel with whom to work. Parking was easy and the balcony was a real plus.

Football match

We stayed with four friends in the appartement. reception and service was well organised. We also forgot the key once and that was also resolved very quickly. All in all, a nice, large and neat apartment in the center and highly recommended.

Very nice penthouse!

The appartement is very big. It was nice clean. The three sleepingrooms have bathrooms. It's in the old center, and we could walk easily to the cathedral etc. There are busstops nearby to go to the city of arts and science. Very friendly people! We enjoined it very much!

Unsauber und falsche Beschreibung

Wir sind mit zwei Personen schon drei Tage eher angereist und haben dafür der Vertretung der Eigentümerin 540,- € in bar gegeben. Das Geschirr in den Schränken war schmutzig, das Besteck ebenfalls und die Dichtungen der Kühl- und der Gefrierschranktüren waren verschimmelt. Da ich es gerne sauber habe und gegen Schimmel allergisch bin, habe ich erst einmal das gesamte Geschirr aus den Schränken gereinigt und die Türdichtungen vom Schimmel befreit. Die Putzfrau kam dann montags noch einmal und hat dann die Dunstabzugshaube gereinigt und noch mal nach gewischt. Dies sollte allerdings vor Ankunft passieren!!! Gerne kann ich jedem der möchte Fotos vom damaligen Zustand der Wohnung mailen. In der gesamten Wohnung roch es während des gesamten Aufenthalts nach Kanal und das Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse (s. Beschreibung) gibt es nicht! Die Vermieterin hat mir ein Gerät zukommen lassen, dass die Luft evtl. in einem der Räume reinigen könnte. Allerdings traute ich mich nicht, dieses Gerät zu benutzen, da ich nicht mit dem Gerät zusammen in einem Raum sein darf. Außerdem bräuchte dann wohl jeder Raum in der Wohnung dann so ein Gerät. Ein Raum und einige Schränke waren zugesperrt, da diese von der Eigentümerin genutzt werden. Bei der Ankunft war leider der Aufzug für ein paar Tage kaputt.

Great location, huge apartment

Our family of two adults and two college students had a great stay in this apartment. It was huge, exceptionally clean and very well located. We felt safe in the neighborhood and were easily able to walk to restaurants, the Turia garden, and the most popular attractions. We loved evenings on the balcony. There is a huge grocery store in the basement of the department store across the street. It's close to both metro and bus lines. The appliances are tricky, so pay attention and ask questions when Pilar shows you how to operate them! We were there in July and were careful with our allotment of kw/hrs of electrocity, only running the air at night and not using the clothes dryer or dishwasher. We would absolutely stay here again!

Brilliant location and very large, well equipped apartment

The apartment is really well located in the heart of the city and within 10-15 minutes walk of most of the historic and cultural sites. Metro is five minutes walk away (it has a lift) and there is a bus stop directly across the road. Public transport in Valencia is fantastic. A major department store is also across the road, which sells upmarket clothes and has a large supermarket that sells everything you will need for self-catering. The apartment is very large and well decorated with high ceilings. All bedrooms have shower rooms and one also has a bath with water jets. There is plentiful storage for clothes etc. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. Be careful of the cooker-hood - it's installed low and is a hazard. Needs raising 30cm. The microwave buttons are temperamental, but it works with a bit of patience. There is a large freezer and a fridge. The utility room has a good washing machine and tumble dryer. It's also possible to hang out washing on the lines located in the light well outside the utility room window. There is a distinct smell in the apartment when the windows have been closed a few hours. I'm not sure where this is from but suspect the soil pipe isn't coping. The smell goes away once the windows have been open and the showers all run. Not ideal but not a great problem given all the good points of the apartment. Pilar, who manages the apartment for the owners is lovely and very helpful. She speaks good English. Highly recommended! A great find.

Nice Place to Stay, Excellent Location

The location of this apartment cannot be beat! A quick minute walk to the main square, beautiful park across the street, high end grocery across the street, plenty of wonderful street cafes in the area. The apartment is spacious, light and airy. Was a very nice, well equipped kitchen, really nice bathrooms in each bedroom. The middle bedroom has a pull out couch with a single bed not 2 twin beds. Pilar, the hostess, was very helpful with regards to a stopped drain. She is very accommodating. Fixed within an hour or so! It was a great experience and if we came back would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay in Valencia

Many thanks for sharing this abode and amenities with our family, it was truly ideal. We cooked and entertained, we siesta'ed, we relaxed, the location can't be beat with the market across the street for sundries and the rest of the city w/in walking or short Metro distance. Clean, airy, spacious, and the full (truly full) kitchen made it a real pleasure.

Fantastic location and quiet. Huge living space!

Across the street from grocery store. Easy walk to old town and el Mercado. Pilar was easy to work with. The living room was gigantic and had Netflix, which the kids loved. There was a musty odor that went away with opened windows. The building is under construction/being renovated, but not very loud. I would definitely rent this again.

Apartamento enorme, muy bién equipado y muy céntrico

El apartamento es muy grande, tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Camas muy cómodas, cocina totalmente equipada ( no le falta nada) y en el centro de Valencia, cerca de todo. El edificio tiene portero y el ascensor te deja en casa. Un lujo. Pilar es una gran anfitriona porque está pendiente en todo momento. Tuvimos un problema con la calefacción y enseguida se movilizó todo el mundo para solucionarlo. El único inconveniente que sufrimos fue el olor procedente de cañerías (o algo parecido) que no pudimos evitar en nuestra estancia. Excepto eso , todo de 10.

Great stay near everything in Valencia

This was a huge spacious apartment within old town of Valencia. We were close to everything - Old Town, Turia River Gardens, Metro, and only 15 minute bike ride to the beach! The kitchen, laundry and lots of space made it very easy to relax on our vacation. Great to have elevator access right to the apartment. Some construction going on limited use of the balcony, but that will be wonderful once you have access to the space again. Slight issue with a wet smell upon arrival but it would go away with windows open rather quickly and unsure if it was really an issue with this apartment or construction that was around the building. Easy to communicate with our VRBO host and made for a wonderful stay in Valencia.

Geweldig mooi appartement

We hebben het geweldig gehad, alles was perfect, enorm groot appartement en uitstekend verzorgd. Heel erg goede communicatie, ze hebben zelfs geregeld terwijl we er waren dat het kapotte koffiezetapparaat vervangen was. Het enige punt van aandacht - maar dat is na interne feedback vermoedelijk al opgelost - was dat er waarschijnlijk nog een oude tekst in de Nederlandse VRBO versie stond van een ander appartement. Het appartement heeft dus wel een balkon(netje), maar geen terras. Daarentegen hadden we wel drie slaapkamers en drie badkamers dus niemand hoefde in de woonkamer, waar we wel op gerekend hadden. In communicatie met het appartement kwamen we erachter dat er vermoedelijk een fout in de Nederlandse tekst stond - ik schrijf dit ook alleen in de attentie niet ter kritiek, maar zodat het veranderd wordt. En misschien dat NLse boekers zien dat er dus geen dakterras is.. Maar het was nog steeds geweldig!
