The accommodation also includes a sizable and spotless bathroom and kitchen equipped with all the necessities you could want. We provide free super fast wi-fi as well as air conditioning to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

You can also enjoy your very own private fully furnished terrace, easily accessible from inside your apartment.

Keep in mind that all facilities have wheelchair access.



The space

The apartment has a bedroom with a queen size bed, bedside table, safe box and closet.

The bathroom is very spacious and clean which is specifically designed for reduced mobility persons.

The living area has a comfortable sofa, desk and a chair, dining table and TV. It has enough space for a wheelchair to get around the room easily.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle, all brand new. Along with a full set of silverware, wine glasses, dishes, pots and pans. Everything that one might need for cooking and eating at home.

The apartment also has a terrace with stylish outdoor furniture.

HOUSE ROULES

1- Check-in is from 4:00 pm and Checkout is until 11:00 am. We appreciate if you let us know your arrival and departure time.

2- The customer service hours is from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. If intend to arrive outside of this hours, please make sure that you have received and understand the instructions.

3- Between 10pm and 9am is the quite hours in the building, please keep the noise down during this time.

4- The duvet covers are to be found in the closet during cold seasons and in a box under the bed, during hot seasons.

5- Parties are forbidden.

6- Having guests is not permitted, each guest will be treated as an additional person in the accommodation and you will be charged accordingly. 

7-  Towels are change every two days.

8- Some consumable products such as coffee capsules (Tassimo), toilet papers etc. are provided in limited quantity and will not be recharged, however you can find what you need in Mercadona, Consum etc.

9- Please put the trashes in the trash containers on the street.

10- On the check-out day, please close the windows, turn off the lights, turn off the air conditioner and close the apartment door behind you.

11- Less than 8 days before the arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of days or the number of guests in the reservations. There will be no refund in this case.
