Enjoy a calm and relaxed vacation in this open-plan brand new apartment. This specious apartment is tastefully designed with colorful furniture and it is big enough to accommodate 8 people. Three bedrooms with comfortable beds, two big and clean bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen provides what you need for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. There is also a private terrace with stylish furniture to enjoy the fresh air in the back of the apartment.



Price is calculated based on the length of stay and the number of guests. There will be an additional charge of 60.00 Euro/night + commission for each extra person from the third one.



The space

100m2, three-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and spacious living room.

Bedrooms

- Master bedroom with queen size mattress, bedside table, cotton-satin high-quality sheets, with plenty of closet space. You will also find a bathroom with shower.

-Second bedroom: queen size bed with cotton-satin high-quality sheets (IF IT IS BOOKED FOR MORE THAN 2 PERSONS), two bedside tables and a closet.

-Third bedroom: A queen size mattress with cotton-satin high-quality sheets (IF IT IS BOOKED FOR MORE THAN 4 PERSONS), bedside table, closet with hangers, Iron and iron table, clothes line



Kitchen

An American style well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, toaster, Bosch coffee machine with Tassimo capsules, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, oven, etc.)



Living space

With tones of sunlight, big screen Internet TV, a dining table for six. There is a sofa-bed which is suitable for two persons and would be prepared if the reservation is for more than 6 persons and an office area if you need one.



There is a vacuum cleaner and a mop in the closet of living/dining room.



The apartment has two bathrooms, one in the master bedroom with shower and the other one with bathtub.



You will find fresh, soft and fluffy towels on your bed (or in the storage part of the sofa bed) when arrived.



IMPORTANT NOTE: The water installation of the building is in the patio of the room located in the hallway. As a result this apartment already has a discount compared to the similar one. Please be aware that by making a reservation in this apartment you accept our right to access the installation. We always notify you when there is needed to reach the installation.

-Private Hospital (Virgen de Consulo Hospital): 6 min walk

-Public Hospital (New La Fe Hospital): 9 min drive

The deposit of 700 euros is required and has to be paid one week before arrival through an external link sent via email. The deposit gets returned in a maximum of 7 days after your check out.

HOUSE RULES

1- One queen size bed will be prepared for every two people in the group; however you can request additional beds according to the number of guests.

2- The duvet covers are to be found in the closet during cold seasons and in a box under the bed, during hot seasons.

3- Check-in is from 4:00 pm and Checkout is until 11:00 am. We appreciate if you let us know your arrival and departure time.

4- The customer service hours is from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. If intend to arrive outside of this hours, please make sure that you have received and understand the instructions.

5- Between 10pm and 9am is the quiet hours in the building, please keep the noise down during this time.

6- Parties are forbidden.

7- Having guests is not permitted, each guest will be treated as an additional person in the accommodation and you will be charged accordingly.

8- Additional person fee is 60 Euros per night per person, plus commission.

9- Total cleaning service fee is 60 Euros.

10- Changing the towels fee is 5 Euros per person that includes one bath towel and one hand towel.

11- Changing bed sheet fee is 15 Euros per bed.

12- The apartments have electronic locks which should not be manipulated. In case there is any problem with the locks, please contact us. Otherwise there is a 800 euros charge for any damage.

13- Some consumable products such as coffee capsules (Tassimo) , toilet papers etc. are provided in limited quantity and will not be recharged however you can find what you need in Mercadona, Consum etc.

14- Please put the trashes in the trash containers on the street.

15- On the check-out day, please close the windows, turn off the lights, turn off the air conditioner and close the apartment door behind you.

16- Less than 8 days before the arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of days or the number of guests in the reservations. There will be no refund in this case.

17-If you require an invoice please let us know before your stay has been completed with the details to be able to modify the invoice
