Indoor facilities
Set on two floors with a living space of 130 sqm, the villa combines a relaxing and comfortable stay. The entrance is from the first floor, with a corner sofa and a Satellite TV. The first bedroom is located on the same floor with twin size beds & ensuite bathroom while the other two, one with double size and one with twin size beds, are on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. Three airy bedrooms with convenient mattresses and ensuite bathrooms are ideal for a relaxing night after a long day. Each bedroom has an air conditioner, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The private balcony on the first floor offers amazing views of the sea. An open-plan space with a well-organized kitchen with electrical appliances, a dining area for 6 guests, and a cosy living area is located on the ground floor.

Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area combines a unique place to enjoy a dive into the swimming pool or relaxation moments in the sun loungers. Thanks to its magnificent location, the villa offers an amazing sea view the whole day. The modern and sleek design and the quality of the earthy colours combined with the minimal essence of the villa make the place the perfect vacation spot for you and your family.

Villa Avgi is part of a complex with 4 luxurious villas, each one with its own facilities and amenities.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
