Villa Agios Constantinosは、アッティカの古代の町ポートラブリオのすぐ外側に位置しています。アテネから車で30分強の距離ですが、忙しい街から遠く離れ、地中海を見下ろす丘の上の松の木の森に囲まれました。

Quiet splendour with a glimpse of the sea

Beautiful villa for a grown up family of 5. Nicely located with a great pool and gardens. We stayed for a week and visited the Attica peninsula and Athens several times - great for all the family

Amazing vacation with a group of friends

We were there with a group of 10 people. We had an amazing stay. It was 9/10. Only negative thing is the old fridge and the couch-bed.

Great place for our family vacation

My family and I had such a nice time at this house. Mrs. Pepy and her husband was so nice and welcoming. The house was very spacious fine my three girls, my husband and I. The kids enjoyed having a pool right there. We would definitely recommend this lovely house.

Fantastisch huis.

The house was very large and comfortable and also very friendly and nice to live in. We enjoyed Lavrio, Poseidon temple and Athens. There is a choice between sandy beaches on both sides and also rocky beaches for snorkeling.

Family holiday summer 2024

Everything about our stay at Villa Pepy was a pleasure from the communication from the initial booking to check in and the stay. The villa was exactly as described, clean and well presented. The villa we well appointed with everything you would need - the air conditioning was perfect during the recent heatwave - and the pool was a particular highlight. The location was also ideal for visiting Athens and sites.

Beautiful villa

We stayed as a family of 4, with our children both being in their twenties. The villa was easy to find, the owner Natassa was lovely and there was everything that we needed there. We hired a car and were surprised how quiet the roads were and relatively easy to drive around.The villa was beautiful, with a fantastic view of the sea from the garden and both the balconies.We ate breakfast on the patio every morning, which we can not do very often in the UK! The pool was very clean and great to take a dip in if you got too hot in the sun.We would definitely recommend this to everyone, but you do need a car to get around.We visited the Acropolis, the Posidon temple, Lavrium and a must is Kape beach - absolutely stunning! The locals and people everywhere were very warm, welcoming and helpful. We love Greece!

Perfect house for a large group )

This is a very spacious house for large groups, with 3 levels each with a full bathroom, living area and massive balcony/tarras. Views are amazing, location quiet and safe. Pool was amazing extra so needed after a hot day. Athens 60 min away, 40 min to the airport. Cannot overstate that AC was a life saver. Would recommend for the future stay.

The perfect base for our Family wedding and holiday!

The villa was exactly the villa we had chosen from the pictures on VRBO- if anything it exceeded expectations. We particularly enjoyed that it felt like a family home unlike the usual rental. The pool was beautifully clean and we loved the garden and being able to pick fresh figs for breakfast. Alex at VRBO answered all my questions perfectly before the trip and when we met Pepy and her husband they could not have been more helpful. We will always remember our time there with the fondest memories.

Beautifully located villa

Villa Pepy is a beautiful villa. It is perfect for a family holiday, it is clean and well equipped with plenty of space. The pool and outside area are great, we spent all our time out there. The location is amazing with a short drive down to the town of Lavrio which has a selection of shops and some really good restaurants. Also it is only a short drive to many lovely beaches and the Temple of Posidon. And to top it off the host was amazing and couldn't do enough to help us. All in all an amazing place to stay with an abundance of things to do within a short drive, definitely recommend

Amazing villa

From the moment we arrived in Lavrion the owners ernt out of there way to meet us to ensure we arrived safely and found the villa. The villa is beautiful and so homeley and spacious... The look is a perfect size for all the family and perfect at night got couple to have a romantic swim together. The town itself is very traditional with lots of restuarants. The nearby harbour and local beeches make this location a perfect get away for a couple on a romantic get away of a family holiday. We will be visiting again.

Our experience from the beginning has been amazing! From the property manager to the owners of the villa it has been an incredible experience. The owners meet us at the villa and gave us a tour and spent time with us and then took us to the market to get groceries. The villa is beautiful and quiet and private.I recommend this villa to anyone from a small family to a larger one. We will be back and have made new friends her in Greece! Γιορτάζω

An authentic Greek villa with lovely pool and outdoor area - great for a family holiday!

We had a great time in Greece and really enjoyed our time in the villa. It's very spacious, perfect for our family of 4 and could easily fit 8 people as all the rooms are a good size. The pool is very clean and well maintained and is situated in a very quiet oasis surrounded by trees. A car is essential as the nearest town/shops are 4km downhill towards the coast and there are incredible beaches only 30-40 mins drive away. I would recommend providing a booklet for guests with details of local tavernas, restaurants, beaches etc. Helen was extremely helpful and always happy to answer questions.

Stunning villa

What a fab villa everything was there that you would need so comfortable and homely. The pool was amazing and it was an easy drive into Lavrio town for restaurants, bars, shops and open air cinema. Very cheap to eat and drink and there was a bar, restaurant, chemist and petrol station in the village, all within an easy walk. Silver mine was worth a visit for the history of the area. Drove to Athens and did the hop on hop off bus tour great way to see it in a day. Visited Cape Sounion to see the sun set over the Temple of Posiden. Lovely beaches within a 15 minute drive and only 40 minutes from Athens Airport. A big thank you to the lovely owners who were so helpful,would definately return here again.

Fantastic house in perfect location

This is a fabulous house for a vacation! The bedrooms are spacious and the uopstairs ones have balconies with great views. There is generally loads of space everywhere but it's the outside that really impressed us. A great shaded dining area, a swing seat for relaxation and a big outside barbecue. A short drive one way takes you into Laurio, a town with good shopping and excellent restaurants. driving the other way takes you to Sounion, one of the best sites in all of Greece. we've rented several houses in Greece and this was up there with the best. Finally the owners were so friendly and so helpful. We'll be going back for sure.

Hot holiday in Agios Konstantinos

Very clean and cosy villa in peaceful small village Agios Konstantinos. The villa is very well equipped, spacious and cleen, in a quiet location but only 5 minute drive to closest town Lavrio where one can find plenty of shops and different kind of restaurants. Many nice beaches are in close distance, in 15 minutes you have many beaches to choose. Upon arrival Mrs Pepy an her husband were waiting for us and giving a short introduction to the house and surroundings. The house has three floors which we found very handy, adults sleeping in two first floor and all the kids sharing the upper floor. The pool was clean and big enough for a bigger group also. I would recommend this villa for everyone wishing a relaxing holiday far enough from city hassle but close enough for everything you may need. Thanks a lot Pepy and Lefteris for your hospitality and warm thanks also to Christian in the neighbour. Hoping we could see again some day!

Gorgeous Property and Fabulous Hosts

Even more beautiful than the photos! Villa was equipped with everything needed for a family vacation in Greece. Communication was outstanding with both the property manager leading up to our travel and also the gracious hosts, Mrs. Pepy and her husband, They greeted us at the property to show us around and to ensure that we were comfortable upon arrival. If we had questions during our stay, they were quick to respond. The location was exactly what we had hoped for. Peaceful, a brief drive to the adorable village in Lavrio and the port with easy access for a day trip to explore Kea by ferry. Close enough to Athens so that we could spend time sightseeing. The villa and the pool are beautifully maintained and the landscape is breathtaking. The villa has plenty of sitting areas for sipping coffee, having family meals, inside or outside or just to gaze out over the sea in the distance. There are many beautiful places to stay in Greece, but this property is very special. Our hosts made this experience even more memorable and we left feeling as though we have new family in Greece. We are already planning our return!

Fantastic Villa

We spent a fabulous week in Peppy and Leyteris's beautiful villa in September 2014. The villa itself is amazing - beautifully decorated with lots of interesting items, fabulous verandas and fantastic outdoor pool, barbecue and eating/sitting area. It's also extremely well equipped - you'll want for nothing! The location is great - very close to the airport (<30 mins), the town of Lavrio has a great buzz with lots of nice places to eat etc, Athens is less than an hour away, and there are lots of great beaches and other activities within easy reach. Peppy and Leyteris could not be more welcoming and accommodating - they really are lovely people. Nothing is too much trouble - they even bought infant cots us to save us bringing our own and gave us a lovely parting momento by which to remember them. Finally, Alex (the property manager) was impeccable during the booking process. He explained everything fully and was very quick to get back to any queries etc. You cant go wrong with this property and these people. Family Livesley & Crann

Perfect family holiday!

The perfect place for the perfect holiday! Where to start! The villa itself is wonderful and beautifully decorated. From the first step we took inside, we could feel that the owners love their home and look after it with great care and attention to detail. It has a wonderful welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that we enjoyed very much. The villa is very spacious and accommodating to our group of 3 generations (grandparents, parents and two children). The sleeping arrangements were perfect and made everyone feel comfortable. An added bonus was the bathrooms on each floor, with ample hot water for all of us to enjoy our showers. We made full use of the pool and lovely gardens and enjoyed them at all hours, from our morning coffee to our family dinners. The owner Pepy is an incredible host. Such a kind and generous person! She picked us up from the nearby city of Lavrion, advised us about where to eat and what beaches to visit. She is also very thoughtful and well prepared for the different needs of her guests. For example, we needed a different mattress for my father who has back pains and Pepy gave us a spare one, just for this purpose! Pepy has thought of everything and is extremely helpful. If you need anything, then all you have to do is ask. Last but not least, we were very pleased with Alex from Blue Window who made our booking and exchange feel like a breeze. Pepy and Alex truly know how to guarantee the perfect holiday. Our entire family is looking forward to visiting again next year!

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr willkommen gefühlt! Es ist komplett eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich nichts. Vor allem die Küche verfügt über alles und vor allem auch in ausreichender Menge.Die Außenanlagen sind gepflegt und laden zu einem entspannten Verweilen ein.Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig aber sehr nah zu Lavrio .Wir können dieses Hais nur empfehlen und möchten uns für die Gastfreundschaft bedanken!!!

Traumvilla mit Traumblick

Die ruhige Lage hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Man benötigt zwingend einen PKW. Für uns war es genau richtig! Die Kommunikation war super Freund und immer schnell. Wir können absolut nichts negatives über den Aufenthalt berichten. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Wer modernes Ambiente sucht, ist hier falsch. Uns hat die rustikale und mit Liebe eingerichtete Villa unglaublich beeindruckend.

Agréable Maison

La maison est conforme aux photos et à sa description. Chaque chambre est climatisée, l’espace repas extérieur est ombragé toute la journée ce qui est fort appréciable. Le terrain de la propriété vous permettra de garer votre/vos véhicules. Concernant l’environnement, il est d’un calme Olympien, vous aurez de quoi pratiquer quelques randonnées dans la colline, la maison se trouvant dans les hauteurs de Lavrio. Nous n’avons pas rencontré Pepy mais avons eu affaire à Helena qui gère la relation avec les voyageurs et qui habite à côté de la maison. Helena a été hyper disponible, de très bon conseil et qui nous a organisé nos rendez-vous pour les test PCR du retour! Merci à Elle pour avoir été extrêmement disponible et facilitatrice durant notre séjour.

Superschönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir waren zu 7 und hatten sehr schöne 14 Tage in diesem Haus. Helena und ihr Mann waren sehr nette Gastgeber, jederzeit ansprechbar und haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Der Pool und die Aussenanlagen sind traumhaft und das Haus sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen erholsamen Urlaub!
