この素晴らしいヴィラでアテナイリビエラに浸ってください。 2500平方メートルを超えるリビングスペース、美しい周囲の庭園、プール（独立したプールハウスと組み込みのマッサージ機能付き）、バーベキューエリアがある2つのレベルに分かれており、ギリシャの太陽を楽しむのに理想的な場所です。

ヴィラは2階+プールハウスとその周辺に分割されています：

最上階には3つのダブルベッドルームと2つのバスルームがあります（1つにはジャグジーが内蔵され、もう1つにはハマム/スチームルーム機能があります）。

1階には、1つのシングルベッドルームと引き出し式ソファ、バスルーム、可動式ベッドを追加する可能性があります。

プールエリアには独立したプールハウス（キッチン、トイレ、ダイニングスペースなど）があります トイレと2つの屋外シャワーがあり、そのうちの1つには太陽熱温水があります。

広いバーベキューエリアもあります

敷地内に駐車場があり、4台の車を簡単に収容できます。

Our entire stay was magical. The place is so beautiful and obviously loved by its owners that it’s a pleasure to be there.The pool itself is ideal for the days when you just want to sit in a great place and enjoy life. Relax in a pool

Lovely home. Beautiful views. Gorgeous pool and pool house. Easy access drive to restaurants and beach. GPS wants to take you off road, be careful of that.

Beautiful villa

The villa is in a beautiful location, and has a wonderful pool house with a mini kitchen. The house is well equipped and has lovely living spaces. The balcony gives views of the most beautiful sunsets which I already miss. The hosts are wonderful and we’re willing to answer all my many questions. A great not so little gem!

Great Once again!

This was our third time at this property and we once again had a great time! I know the set up doesn't work for everyone with the two levels, but we are more than happy with this house; we love the pool area (especially the kids) and the view can't be beat! Thanks again and we will be back!

First and foremost, we are so grateful for the time we spent in this home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, but honestly we spent most of our time ourside- whether on the balcony enjoying our meal or morning coffee with THE VIEW, or by the fabulous pool. We enjoyed the nearby access to the Temple of Poseidon and Lavrio, Kape Beach (really ALL the beaches) and the wonderful seafood tavernas! Perfect home for a larger family

Awesome house and location!!!

And the pool …. Holy smokes!!! This home was absolutely what we were hoping for. all amenities available to you on the home, and in the pool house, where we spent most of our time. The pool is luxurious and the gardens are stunning. You can walk into the local town and there are restaurants within a 3-10 min walking distance. No trouble at all for our 7 and 10 year olds. Thank you so much for having us!!!

A wonderful place to stay

We (four adults and two teenagers) had a wonderful time in this beautiful house with a sunlit pool, a picturesque garden and plenty of space for us all. We had our meals on a westside balcony with a magnificent view of the sea and the village. Communication with Nikos, the owner, was excellent! Nikos´ parents, Maria and George, who welcomed us, were very caring (Maria bought grocery for our Sunday breakfast, as we arrived on Saturday afternoon, it was lovely to be cared for like that!) and were quick to reach over the phone, when we had questions. The house has a very warm, welcoming, homely atmosphere and lies close to the beach, tavernas and the village bakery with delicious freshly baked bread and sweets. If we are ever in the same area, we would definitely love to stay in the house again.

Great Home; Welcoming Owners

This was our second stay at this house and we very much hope to be able to return! This is an amazing house with wonderful owners. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, unfortunately we had to change our plans several times, and Nikos was always very prompt in answering and understanding of the situation. Also, the house was very clean and the owners greeted us in masks and distanced properly the whole time they showed us around, which we appreciated. They went above and beyond in terms of the welcome they showed us, including buying a few essentials and giving us some fabulous tomatoes and figs from their own garden! It was a great place to stay home away from home and indeed we didn’t want to leave! Thanks again for everything!

Wonderful Villa, great communication

We (family of 4 including 2 teenage girls) had a fabulous stay in Sounio, the villa was better than described, a real home from home with plenty of space both inside and out. However the best part about our stay was the communication and help from the very friendly owners. I had some questions prior to our arrival and Nikos went above and beyond to help us to get the most out of our stay. Maria was at the property to greet us and showed and told us everything we needed to know and had even provided some essentials which were greatly appreciated due to our late arrival due to flight delay. Thank you for your generosity and we certainly hope to visit again in the future. The area is quiet which made it very easy to relax and everyone we met in the local bakery and tavernas were very friendly. A car would be very useful to explore the local beaches and, if you’re feeling brave, to take a trip into central Athens to visit the Acropolis and Bazaar.

Absolutely wonderful. In SO many ways

There is so much to love about this house. It's very spacious.Bedrooms aren't big, but you only sleep there. Rest of the house has space for everything. Several eating areas. Kitchen is great - it has all you need, plenty of cutlery / plates / etc. (We were family of 5. If we'd had 20 friends round, the place would not have felt crowded) Views are beautiful. Pool is excellent. Deep at one end, with diving board. Easy to get in the other end for those not jumping. The pool house really good. Ideal place for shade, a toilet, a mini kitchen .. wow. The location really good too. Beach is an easy 15 minute stroll. The local village similar, with several eating places and a couple of simple shops (main shopping in Souniou a 20 min drive away) Stamatis restaurant is the closest and we felt the best - excellent service, delicious food, and just a few minutes walk. With all the superlatives above, we're struggling to think of how it could be better. Maybe a couple of things: 1. There was quite a lot of the owner's own stuff in the house, including kitchen/bathrooms, etc. In the fridge it was clearly blocked away in a drawer (looked like medicines) but maybe not so good to leave other medicines just out in the kitchen. They had left a welcome gift of some honey and breakfast cereals, etc, so it was a little confusing 2. Perhaps a folder saying "this is the house" .. what to do / not do, etc. (Standard in other houses we've been to) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great property; absolutely recommend!

We were very impressed with this property and had an amazing time staying here! The house has two distinct apartments (the larger on the top floor/ slightly smaller on the bottom floor). There was a large living area in the top floor apartment that isn't pictured here and plenty of other areas if people need their own space. I can see how it might not be the best for 4 couples, with the single beds in the lower level, but for our group (2 families and 2 singles), the room configuration worked perfectly. Please note also that there was the air conditioning in every room and it worked great, which was a necessity in August and not always the case in Greece. There were several coffee makers: a filter coffee machine (which we used) and a nespresso (which we didn't use). There was ample cooking supplies and a grill, but we didn't end up using that either (too hot!). Given the heat, we spent most of our time at the pool, which is indeed as big as pictured here and was great not just to lounge around, but really swim in. It is about 2 meters deep in the deep end to about 1.2 meters deep at the shallow end, so our 4-year-old couldn't stand, but she had plenty of room in the area around the steps to play in. We loved being able to dive and jump freely from the side and the diving board. It is indeed someone's home and people should be respectful of that. There wasn't a lot of room to unpack, for example, but every bedroom had at least one drawer and hanging space for clothes. The owners were really great - communication worked perfectly and they even left us some wine and food for our first day since we arrived late on a Saturday. A car is definitely recommended; the nearest major supermarket is about a 20 minutes' drive away. It's about a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the main part of the town of Legrena (tavernas, bakeries, mini market, bus stop), but there are also 2 tavernas on the main shore road within a 5 minutes' walk of the house, both of which I would strongly recommend. One member of our party who hadn't been to Athens before took the bus into the City for a day trip, so this is doable, but the bus trip takes almost 2 hours each way. By car it would be quicker, but parking is apparently very difficult. The temple of Poseidon at Sounio is an easy 10 minute drive and should not be missed, especially at sunset! All in all, we loved our stay at this house and really hope to be able to visit again! Thanks for everything!

Schönes Ferienhaus, Groß geräumig und mit einer traumhaften Pool Anlage.

Ein Kritikpunkt. In der Beschreibung sollte stehen, dass es sich um ein Privathaus handelt welches vorübergehend auch Vermietet wird. Das war der einzigste Störfaktor da wir uns dann doch schon Un wohlgefühlt haben. Man macht praktisch Urlaub zwischen fremden die lediglich nicht anwesend sind. Ansonsten ist es ein schönes Ferienhaus mit fantastischen Ausblick und einer zauberhaften Poolanlage.

Très confortable séjour à sounio

Un grand merci à Nikos et ses parents pour nous avoir aussi bien décrit la maison avant que nous nous engagions - nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa dont les espaces sont très importants et nombreux- la piscine avec son espace cuisine est très confortable ainsi que son paysage. La vue Mer depuis la villa et sa terrasse ombragée est vraiment magnifique et tellement reposante. Nous étions entre 6 et 8 sans être à l’étroit bien sûr ! Et nous sommes tous unanimes: nous avons adoré la villa ! Nikos a été aussi un hôte très aidant et ses parents adorables lors du Check out- nous reviendrons et recommanderons ! Merci de la part de toute la famille pour ces bonnes vacances !

Schönes Objekt–traumhafter Pool

Hervorragendes Objekt Kleiner Kritikpunkt– alle Schränke vom Besitzer angeräumt– Wenig Platz für eigene Sachen , auch die Küche alle Schränke sehr angestellt. Das muß nicht sein! Ansonsten alles gut!!

Great villa, beautiful pool, check details.

We booked with Nikos, who’s speed of communication is exemplary, for a two week family holiday; based on the description and previous reviews. A family of 5 with children’s ages of 13, 15 & 17, we are classified as 4 adults and 1 child, the villa is described as sleeps 9, with 4 bathrooms. We were quite shocked that on arrival (slightly late due to SwissAir), and during the villa handover with Nikos parents (lovely couple), that the two girls were instructed they would have to share a bed, also that the adults and girls share a shower; our son took the top floor en-suite room, the third shower is outside and fourth is an optional extra. When I communicated this to Nikos, the reply was additional bedroom/bathroom is available at an extra pp/night. This is not how the villa is advertised or the terms we booked. That said and to be fair and balanced I will review the villa as a beautiful house with exceptional poolside area, fully self contained. The beach and local shops are all very close by, villa is actually in Legrena not Sounio, car hire is not essential but recommend (Morphis Athens were great). The villa is a home from home, which is both a positive and negative, herbs available for cooking but medicines and cosmetics on display could be a problem for younger visitors. The house is large, very well presented and has everything you require for day to day needs. Space for unpacking is limited due the the owners possessions taking priority. The pool & pool-house do deserve additional mention, as they are the main attractions to the villa, cleanliness of the pool and water quality are 100%, the gardener does a wonderful job. In summary a very nice holiday rental villa, but advertised and costed as sleeps 9 is "economical with the actualité ".

Amazing outdoor pool area!!

The pool and outdoor kitchen area were fabulous, spent a lot of time out there! Had everything you needed (large fridge, hob, toilet, TV etc). You didn’t even need to go to the main house. The main house did have a large terrace with a lovely view of the sunset and sea. Great place for a meal as well. You could also eat at the BBQ area, a third dining spot with another stunning view. Only downside to the property was the house was split into 2 apartments with 2 separate entrances. The downstairs apartment had no double bed, so not ideal for a couple or younger kids to stay alone due to the separate entrances. Luckily we managed to all fit in the main apartment. Thanks for a lovely holiday!

Awesome property, great owner, you won't regret it

We stayed at this Sounio beauty for a week in June. It coincided with a Greek heat-wave so the pool and the AC proved absolutely perfect. We didn’t meet Nikos, but we stayed in touch via Whatsapp and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Mum and Dad met us at the house and and gave us a great welcome. What a lovely family,we even met baby George! The house itself is on 3 levels but we only needed the top 2 for 5 people. It is a home, not a holiday letting, with all the home comforts and accessories you could need. The kitchen has everything you could need for self catering, which is a contrast to other holiday villas we have stayed at. The views are fantastic and dinner on the deck at sunset was special. The garden is huge with its own fruit and olive trees. The jewel in the crown though is the pool area which comes complete with it’s own fully equipped kitchen, sitting room area and dining table. The pictures don’t show this area or do it justice so it was a very pleasant surprise when we got there. You can literally spend the whole day here drinking, eating , and bombing the pool when it gets too hot. We were looking for a relaxing getaway with privacy, comfort, and a pool, and this house certainly ticked all the boxes. We would definitely recommend it.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The villa is in the village of Legraina which is about a 45' drive from the airport and about 60' from central Athens. It is situated less than a 10' drive from the temple of Poseidon and is surrounded by beautiful beaches, many of which are very quiet and secluded as they are far from the crowded areas of Athens.

The village of Legraina (10-15' walk or under 5' drive) has many tavernas, serving good, traditional Greek food. There are also many smaller shops/bakeries where you can do your daily, basic shopping. The port town of Lavrio (about a 15-20' drive) offers connections to many islands and the ability to enjoy great cafes by the marina, more restaurants/tavernas as well as many more shopping opportunities.
