Fantastic remote locality in the middle of an old village in Tuscan mountains. Fantastic, calm peaceful.. The pool, garden, terraces, and the whole genius loci are just wonderful. We had everything we need for a calm stay. The hosts are very helpful with anything you could possibly need. This is not a critique - just a heads up. This is an old house in an old traditional village with a steep curvy road and extremely narrow streets. This comes with challenges. It's a rustic house so you can expect insects and some wear out. But we absolutely didn't mind - the place is so beautiful that we almost didn't notice this.

Tutto perfetto, Alice sempre gentile e reattiva nelle risposte. Casa molto ampia, con stufe a pellet e tutti letti matrimoniali + divano letto, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani forniti erano perfetti e profumati. Sauna bellissima. Grazie!

Wunderschöner Außenbereich und Aussicht in die Berge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch unsere beiden Hunde waren begeistert. Die Dachterrasse ist auch super. Die Sauna konnte die von uns gewohnte Temperatur nicht erreichen, das war aber nicht so schlimm. Bei Problemen mit der Pelletsheizung wurde uns sofort geholfen.

Accès très dangereux pour arriver à Riolo Aucune indication de cette extrême difficulté dans l'annonce AbritelCommunication très succinte de l'agence et aucun avertissement sur cette routeAucune information de la personne à contacter sur place ni d'indications où se trouvaient les clés ni le code, j'ai du me débrouiller en appelant cette personne sur place Maison très défraichie, facades délavées, volets moisis, maison non ouverte et aérée, vaisselle à laver car elle sentait le renfermé, multiples défauts, fissures, terrasse non nettoyée, présence de mousse dans les joints, eau sans aucun débit (eau inexistante quand utilisation de toilettes et douche en simultané), installation électrique insuffisante, disjoncte en allumant radiateurs et bouilloire, équipement limité pour 8personnes et à devoir faire des branchements constants pour utiliser le four et le micro-ondeFace à cette énorme déception et ne nous sentant pas en sécurité, nous avons quitté le logement après 2 nuits en ayant communiqué notre mécontentement à l'agence qui s'est montrée insensible à nos requêtes.Après avoir réussi à évacuer nos véhicules de la zone dangereuse, nous avons dû marcher 2kilomètres pour rejoindre la maison.Je trouve que les conditions de notre séjour étaient inadmissibles.

La struttura in sé è accogliente soprattutto per un gruppo di amici che vuole isolarsi dal mondo. La casa è ben tenuta ma un po' polverosa.
