7 minutes to the (popular surfing) beach! 15 minutes to Lisbon! Located in quickly transforming Caparica, this stylish villa is a perfect Portuguese retreat. Enjoy sunsets from the deck. Swim in the enclosed heated pool. Relax in the stylish lounge. Socialize in the charming bar or the 12-seat table. Cook in the well-equipped kitchen. Test your skills on the outdoor grill or wood-fired oven. Then tuck into one of the king-size beds for the night.
The price includes up to 16 guests. Any guest above 16 people is an additional 30€/night/guest. The villa sleeps up to 28 people and the confirmed number of guests is monitored.

Delightful Villa

We recently stayed at this charming Villa for a family holiday, and it was absolutely perfect. The tastefully designed interior boasted well-considered room layouts that were perfect for our large group. The teenagers in our group loved having their own space on the ground floor, while the adults enjoyed the first and second floors. The Villa was well-appointed with all the mod-cons that we needed for our stay, including plenty of bathrooms, living areas, and kitchens. We never felt on top of each other, thanks to the thoughtful layout of the property. The Property Managers were exceptionally attentive, responding promptly to every question or request throughout our stay. They even provided us with a welcome hamper upon our arrival and brought us fresh, artisanal bread one morning. It was clear that the Property Managers put a lot of thought and consideration into ensuring our stay was perfect. The Villa is located in an excellent spot for both day trips into Lisbon and days at the beach. We opted to rent cars, but the local Ubers were cheap and convenient. Despite the local area feeling a little run-down, the sound of Cockerels or Dogs barking was the only real disturbance. However, this is not out of the norm for Portugal. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at this Villa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed accommodation with excellent service and a great location.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille, 13 personnes, la maison est très grande, idéal pour les groupes. Nous avons beaucoup aime l’espace, la décoration, la piscine chauffée.La maison est très propre, la piscine également, merci à Camila pour l’entretien de la maison.Très bien située pour visiter Lisbonne, Sintra, Queluz ... Nous avons pris plusieurs fois le ferry, c'est très sympa.Et nous avons également profité des services du chef privé pour un diner gastronomique, c'était succulent, je recommande.
