In a perfect holiday, days can begin and end with the private swimming pool, enjoying the mild weather that Portugal offers.



Located in a quiet village, a stone’s throw from the most beautiful beaches, so guests will love the peaceful ambiance of “Villa Mena”.



There is a regiment of sun loungers and plenty of space to spread out.

The private swimming pool sits at the heart of the garden, encouraging to hop in and out, for cooling off from the sun or to play and splash with the children.



Inside, both functional and comfortable, the furnishings are characterful - a fresh mix of modern and classical, pleasant to look at.

The kitchen has plenty of prep space and good equipment to make the most of the summer meals.



There’s plenty of space for the whole group to get together, sitting around the dining table while enjoying cool drinks or spending time in the games room, equipped with a pool and tennis tables for endless hours of indoor fun.



The vibrant streets of Lisbon are within a half an hour's drive, making it a good base for city trips too.

A casa tem uma boa localização em relação a super mercados e outros lugares importantes de dia a dia. Além disso, a casa atendeu super bem com utensílios de cozinha, roupas de cama, louças e etc. tinha tudo que precisávamos. Todo pessoal que nos atendeu foi muito atencioso e sempre dispostos a ajudar e a tirar dúvidas. Em especial a gerente Manuela. Recomendamos muito! 17/11/25

This was a fantastic villa

This was a fantastic villa. We were 15 boys in our late 20s looking for a relaxing holiday. The villa was clean, spacious, the heated pool was incredible, a lot of activities and equipment, nice restaurants nearby and generally just a cool place to stay. It was slightly far from Lisbon city centre (20-45 mins depending on traffic). But to be honest, this shouldn’t detract from staying here if you’re more interested in chilling by the pool and being near a beach/beach bars. The communication was also great, Manuela was really helpful and quick to respond. Can’t recommend this place enough! 12/09/25

We were a group of 20 people who had a great stay. The age range in the group was from 1 year to 83 years, and the house is well adapted with bedrooms on all floors and a high chair and cot. We hired a chef for one evening, and it was a great experience. A clean and large pool was the icing on the cake for us. 12/07/25

villa was perfect. Well kitted out, pool and garden area fantastic with plenty of loungers, table tennis table, volleyball net, grill, large table. Was very clean and tidy when we arrived, host very responsive, no issues whatsoever. Also left a welcome pack which was much appreciated! AC in all rooms which was great when temp outside was hitting 40c! There doesn't seem to be much to do in the immediate area, but we had no problem getting reasonably priced ubers etc (for between 5 and 10 euro depending) to caparica, and to Lisbon (15-20 euro). In hindsight the trainboat over the river might have been better at peak times as the traffic on the bridge to Lisbon was heavy at times. Would 100% return to this villa if ever visiting this area again. 05/07/25

The villa is amazing! We had a family & friends reunion for 16 people and it was perfect. Large pool and outside area, with a dining table and sun beds. Also beach vollyball and table tennis to enjoy with the weather. Huge living area, split over two levels, so you can all socialise together,separate depending on what you fancy. Well equipped kitchen, large fridge / freezer and a wine fridge. Also lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, to cope with lots of sleeping options. Location is a quiet village, with a few nice restaurants / cafes and mini-market within walking distance.a short taxi to more lively areas, including Lisbon old town. The beach is amazing, also walk-able, but quite a hilly route, so depends on how fit you are ! Great communication with the local villa manager, who was so helpful and friendly. We had an amazing time, thank you 12/05/25

It was a big house with a lot of comfort for our family. The service was perfect and everything we had asked was available. Perfct! 25/04/25 you can see that it is an old house which is renovated a few years ago. Some things of the renovation will need some attention like the kitchen.

We had the most incredible stay. The accommodation is perfect for big groups with so many different chill out spaces. The host was super attentive and replied instantly to and queries. It is located about a 20 minute uber away from the main spots in Lisbon, but Ubers arrived so quickly and reasonably priced. Would high recommend. 20/04/25

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in de villa met 20 personen. Er is meer dan genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Ook de koelkast is groot genoeg voor de boodschappen. Fantastic stay at villa mena

The Villa was as described and just as you see in the photos. It was a 25min journey to the city centre by taxi which suited our group as we booked for the pool and the villa amwnities such as the games room. The local shop is a 2min walk away with the local bakery 10min walk. The villa manager Manuela could not have been more helpful throughout our stay. She was easily contactable and very accommodating. As there were 18 of us staying more/bigger bins may have been useful as we were filling them quite quickly.

A wonderful Villa set not too far away from Lisbon city center (around 20 min in a taxi) inside is modern interior with a classic twist, very well kept and with a pool area and grounds area which is lovely. Beds and rooms very comfortable with safes and wardrobes in pretty much every room plus air con. nice coal BBQ, loads of activity equipment such as ping pong table, tennis stuff and badminton etc. inside good WiFi, all you need in the kitchen plus more. all in all an amazing city and villa ! host kept in touch throughout the stay to see how we were doing and gave us recommendations for bars and restaurants in the local area. I would definitely stay again 🙌 15th of April, 2023

The property was fantastic. Clean, large spaces, enough bedrooms for everyone to choose from.

The outdoor space was terrific. Large pool with enough sunbeds for everyone. We had 17 people with us - so had BBQ two nights using the outdoor grill and outdoor dining. Large enough table indoors too for family dining. Beautiful spaces and everything was super clean and modern - a perfect stay away. The manager was able to be contacted through WhatsApp and she always replied very quickly - most of my questions were before I arrived, we settled right in when we got there. If you arrive early with lots of luggage, as the villa doesn't allow check in until 4 - use some of the bag safe shops in Lisbon whete you can store your bags safely while you grab a bite to eatexplore the area. Shop, cafe and one of tge best Portuguese restaurants literally one street away. You must try O Julios for both morning coffee and lunch - the best meals duringbour whole stay - we went there three times in one week! Beautiful beaches and Ubers are super quick and cheap to use for transport if you don't want to walk. The local shop has all your essentials- the family who own it are delightful- they will helo you with anything! The best bit about the location of this villa is that you wont see another tourist nearby - everything around you is very local and everyone is so welcoming. Uber to Lisbon Airport is just under 30 euros for an XXL. You will love your stay! Date of arrival - 29 July 2023

Passionate about landscapes, new cultures, and adventures, we started to rent our own villa in 2012 to finance family trips.

Because we didn’t find any companies that provided a complete service on the Lisbon coast, we took care of all the details for our guests to have the best satisfaction.

The idea attracted some neighbors and friends who wanted to be part of our new project.
Thus, we built our local network of hosts, maintenance, cleaning, and laundry providers.

We proudly and with great enthusiasm founded Allure Villas thanks to the owners’ involvement, our satisfied guests’ feedback, and word of mouth.

Today, we operate more than 200 units along the beautiful Portuguese shorelines. We keep selecting unique properties that cover all accommodation types.

Our villas are handpicked and negotiated based on exclusive contracts, subsequently inspected and photographed by our local teams, seeking to maintain a high standard according to our guests’ needs and expectations.

The villa is located in Botequim, where you can find a mini-market, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, stationery store, pharmacy, aesthetic centre, gas station, bus stop and ATM all at walking distance from the villa.
Lisbon is less than 15 km from the villa, where there is a bus stop 100 meters far that can take you straight to the capital.
Botequim is surrounded by a stretch of 30 km of the best beaches in Portugal, starting from the lively surf beaches near the centre of the village Costa da Caparica to the almost deserted beaches of the south zone, ideal for water or sand sports, less than 3 km away from the villa you will have at your disposal a wide choice of never-ending sand beaches, as well as wide range of beach bars and restaurants, specialized in grilled fish, some of them with wonderful terraces to enjoy the sunset, and that after nightfall turn into nightclubs or live music bars.
