Ideal apartment for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve (Albufeira), ideally located and quiet, 700 meters from the beach. Gated community with swimming pool for adults and another for children surrounded by a leafy garden that has a playground providing a pleasant environment for holidays with family. family or friends.

The apartment has an area of ​​86m2 on the 1st floor and can accommodate 6 people, including:
- balcony with generous areas facing the pool area and garden (with wall swing)
-2 bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom
- large room with separate living room and dining room areas, with a sofa bed in the living room
-2 bathrooms
- fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso coffee machine.
- internet access (WIFI), television (MEO)

Due to its location close to the city center, shops and the beach, you will be able to find cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets without having to travel by car.

Apartment in the Jardim de Santa Eulália building in a very quiet area but also close (700mts) to the most famous nightlife area in Albufeira (Oura), ideal for a dream family holiday.

In addition to providing accommodation, we can also provide tours and transfers or private taxi services as we are based in Olhos de Água - Albufeira has a touristic agency company. ( RNAVT 11454)

Appartement d une propreté exemplaire, tout le confort s y trouve. Pas trop loin de la plage. Le point négatif, environnement pas très top, peu de choses authentiques, et que des magasins de babioles chinoises. L endroit plus que décevant Mais l appartement est à conseiller.

Traumhaft und wunderschön, gute Reisezeit im Oktober, sonnig/warm, traumhafte Strände und Felsen, Restaurants und Supermärkte, eine sehr sehr schöne Wohnung mit Pool und zwei Regenduschen, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr nette Vermieter mit Transfer zum Flughafen, rundum gelungen. Parking was very close to the condo and not directly on the main strip.Shopping and restaurants were within walking distance. The balcony was a great size to enjoy our meals. Very clean and comfortable!

The apartment was as described and in the perfect location with walking distance to the beach and the strip. The pool area was usually not very busy- the only thing is there are no sunloungers by the pool but we just used towels. There were 5 of us and the futon was very comfortable and was big enough to fit 2 people on

The apartment was just as described. Very clean and very well equipped. Everything you need.The pool area is lovely and was very quiet and peaceful.Hosts were very welcoming.Location was great. Close to all amenities but far enough away from the strip so you couldnt hear any noise at night.We will definately book again when visiting Albuferia.

A Good Stay

Location was convenient, a 5 min walk to the new town strip, 10-15 min walk to the beach, and about a 40 min walk to old town. Luis was very easy to get in touch with for any issues.

Everything you could ask for!

We spent a month in this apartment and loved it. It is well appointed and has everything you need. The location is conveniently close to restaurants and grocery stores. The host was helpful, and the apartment is as advertised.

Winter getaway

Great location exactly as advertised. Sonia and Luis were good to deal with. Unfortunately the weather was abnormally cool and wet when we were there for the month of March.Would recommend this property.

Bel appartement dans une résidence bien entretenue. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et conciliant malgré notre arrivée tardive. L'appartement est proche de tous les restaurants d'Albufeira. Je recommande.

Uma ótima semana

O alojamento tem tudo o que é necessário para umas férias com crianças. Tínhamos disponíveis todos os utensílios para fazer as refeições em casa, o que dá muito jeito com bebés. A localização do apartamento é muito boa, está perto de tudo mas "longe" da confusão. Deixaram-nos uns miminhos à chegada, incluindo uns ursinhos para as crianças. Foram muito amáveis.

Sonia’s Place

Lovely apt,great location, 5 minutes walk to strip, 30 minutes walk to old town Albuferio, 4 minutes walk to Aldi supermarket, buses run right outside their door, hosts were lovely and responsive. If you love the sun you don’t get it on their lovely deck till 3:30. Pool was great and well maintained. No condiments like basic salt,pepper sugar and basic cleaning supplies tabs for dishwasher and clothes washer this might be a little pickey….overall great place and great hosts. Thank you p. S. They left a sweet welcoming basket. Sonia’s boyfriend was great (sorry couldn’t remember name) but sweet and drove us to the airport at 4:00 a.m. thank you

Schöne saubere Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Albufeira und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist ansprechend eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und empfehlen die Wohnung weiter.

Schönes Apartment in Oura

Unser Aufenthalt bei Sonia war sehr schön. Die Wohnung war sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet, modern und der Empfang durch die Gastgeber war auch super. Sonia ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir einen gefüllten Korb mit Getränken, Obst und Kleinigkeiten, eine sehr aufmerksame Geste. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, allerdings haben viele Basics meiner Meinung nach gefehlt. (Kein Salz, Öl oder Putzlappen/Schwamm) Es gab nur 1 Müllsack pro Eimer, wenn man also vor hat dort zu kochen dann sollte man sich definitiv eindecken oder alles mitbringen (Handtücher, Klopapier, Küchenrolle usw.) Für Leute die mit dem Flieger anreisen nicht so ideal, da man dementsprechend nichts mitbringen kann. Die Badezimmer waren sehr klein. Für 2 Personen schon grenzwertig, bei 4-6 Personen stelle ich es mir nicht ganz ideal vor. Die Betten waren sehr klein und unbequem, wir haben leider nicht so gut geschlafen. Der Balkon war sehr schön, zum Pool können wir nichts sagen, da wir diesen nie benutzt haben, da er die meiste Zeit dreckig war und nicht regelmäßig gereinigt wurde. Für ein paar Tage ist das Apartment super. Die Lage ist nicht schlecht, man kommt gut zu Fuß an den Strand und zum Strip im kleinen Albufeira. In der Nähe gibt es viele beschiedene Restaurants und Bars. Ich empfehle trotzdem einen Mietwagen für die Algarve. Diesen kam man vor dem Haus parken,es gibt aufjedenfall genug Parkplätze.

Very nice. Lovely owners. It was like a home from home. Very well equipt. Great location. Beautiful pool. Felt very welcome and would recommend it. Nice and spacious. We will miss breakfast on the balcony .

Lovely apartment

This was our first time staying in this apartment after several years of visiting Portugal. The apartment was lovely, the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us as it was close to lots of different restaurants and a short walk to the strip for the nightlife. The only downside was the fact there were no sunbeds to use around the pool, which meant you had to lie on the grass which is not ideal as the grass in Portugal is very coarse and spikey and there were lots of bugs on the ground. Th apartment did provide 2 beds both of which were the flimsy fold up ones which were not adequate. As the weather was not good for most of our stay we were ok. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who isn't bothered about sunbathing. Overall we had a great time
