Casa La Limonera. Lovely townhouse with a pool in Santanyí for 6 people:
Casa La Limonera is located in the heart of Santanyí. This lovely vacation home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one of these bathrooms is located outside) and a small private garden with a swimming pool and BBQ. Casa La Limonera accommodates up to 6 people.

The location of Casa La Limonera, right in the center of Santanyí makes it a perfect vacation home for a family or a small group of friends. Enjoying the outdoor pool, sipping a drink in the garden, or simply relaxing on the outside terrace, will probably be one of your daily activities when staying at La Limonera.

On the ground floor, there is a big well-equipped kitchen with everything you might need to cook something delicious. An oven, refrigerator, dishwasher coffee maker, microwave, and cookware. The dining/ living room, where you can enjoy your homemade meal with views of the garden, is situated right next to the kitchen. On the ground floor, there is also one of the bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom.

On the first floor, there are the 2 other bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Both with en-suite bathrooms. On this floor, there is also another living room, where you can watch the satellite TV or simply rest.

The Wi-Fi and cable/satellite TV are free of charge. And there is also a washing machine in the vacation home.

The location of Casa La Limonera can not be better, right in the center of Santanyí, just a few steps from all the lovely restaurants and boutique shops. Twice a week there is even a local market, where you can buy fresh groceries or local products.

Want to explore the coast? Take a car and in 5 minutes you will appear on one of the most marvelous beaches of Mallorca, such as Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombards or S'Amarador beach.

Fantastic location

This is truly an amazing location, steps from the main square. Parking was relatively easy, also a bonus. There were some small issues but Santanyi Rentals who were managing the listing were incredible and saved the trip for us. The kitchen is well equipped, everything you need is there. There’s also a washing machine (bonus). This home needs some maintenance particularly outside in the yard along with the decking around the pool. If you’re a family this house is great. If you’re two or three couples it’s not so good. Two beds upstairs share a bathroom and the bed on the main floor is not attached to a bathroom and privacy is an issue. Lots of pluses and some minuses…not the right place for us.

Das Stadthaus ist super gelegen und hat Flair. Ist super eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Bei der Ankunft bekommt man den Schlüssel über einen Schlüssel Safe. Das ist auch perfekt, wenn man das Haus mit mehreren Personen nutzt. So kann man diesen immer wieder benutzen, damit alle Zugriff auf den Schlüssel haben. Super Service deutschsprachig per WhatsApp. Sollte einmal etwas fehlen, wird es sofort nachgeliefert. Das Haus hat aber nicht 3 Badezimmer sondern 2 Badezimmer im Haus. Zusätzlich gibt es draußen auf der Terrasse noch ein Gäste WC - ein Raum mit Toilette und Waschbecken und Waschmaschine. Uns hat es super gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder..

This place is awesome. Huge house with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Santanyí is a gem of a town and the Airbnb is just a short walk to everything you’ll want to get to. Parking was easy as well, with a public free lot just down the street and street parking available. Ceci checked us in and showed us around, and was very responsive throughout our stay. Would highly recommend :)
