Surrounded by golf courses and set in the natural reserve park yet in the very sought after prestigious urbanisation with private villas, our villa stands out of the crowd thanks to its perfect location, overlooking the Cancelada de Taraje Lake, for its huge plot and built size, its tasteful decoration.

The villa is distributed over 3 floors and consists of 6 bedrooms , 4 bedrooms have 1 double bed each and 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each. There are 6 bathrooms, most of which are en-suite, a large fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and cooking isle, huge living room with a dining set and fully functional fireplace. Among other amenities there is a sauna, hamam, some sports equipment, pool table, large private swimming pool, large outside terrace with outdoor furniture so that you could dine and wine outside in total comfort and plenty of parking space in front of the villa in case you have friends on a visit.

We do not appreciate crazy parties, this villa is meant for families and friends luxurious vacations, but reasonable pool parties are allowed.

-Airport pick up and local transfers can be arranged by us. Extra cost applies.

-Check in time is between 15:00 and 20:00, check out is before 12:00. Early check in and late check outs are allowed subject to availability. Late check ins after 20:00 are subject to late check in fee of 100€, 150€ after midnight.

Security deposit 2000€ must be paid before or upon check in.

Dine and wine inside cockpit or on outside deck, plenty of space for sunbathing on the bow. TV and powerful sound system are throughout the boat. You can also go fishing using our semi professional fishing equipment, including Garmin sonar/echo sounder of the last generation.
