We’ve had a great time! VIVI is amazing at communicating loved the fact they were always there on wats app !! The apartment was clean , loved the hoover so much more hygienic than a brush !! Clean mop too !!! We will be back

Great apartment very comfortable exactly as described. Secure complex with 24 hour security in place. Within easy reach of beach and town.

Weekend in la Cala

Had a great stay. the apartment was modern spacious and well laid out and the terrace is an excellent space furnished for both dining and lounging As it is January we didn’t use the pool but this again is a lovely area which I’m sure would be great as it gets warmer Close to town so this was great for eating out and location also vey close to two supermarkets for obtaining supplies Overall a great stay and will be back for a further visit

Huge and well placed terrace

ViVi homes were a very attentive letting agent with outstanding communication and a very friendly representative, Danny, who personally checked us in. The apartment was as described, beautifully clean and well equipped. We were there in February and we were able to make the apartment warm when the sun went down. It had good under floor heating in the Bathrooms. The main terrace was huge and it was well placed near the pool should you be there in the summer with a young family. Thank you ViVi Homes and La Cala for a nice winter break. The Spanish Government have made the information they require to check in especially invasive with regard to the amount of personal data they request. This was the only set back of this booking but no fault of the Agents. The apartment was good value but there are commercial cleaning costs on top of your booking fees.

Lovely Property in Great Location , but check in process was terrible!

Overall the property was as advertised. Very modern , spacious , well equipped in a great location within 6 minute walk of restaurants and bars of La Cala de Mijas. However Vivi Homes and the person I was speaking to for check were not helpful. Firstly I asked if we could drop our bags at the property just a couple of hours before check in . I was told no because cleaners would be in the property and I was directed to a bag drop place in Fuengirola which was not convenient. I asked if I could pick the keys up early and was told no , it would have to be between 4-8pm. I explained we were playing golf and said it would be after 9pm . They then told me that was going to cost me another €25 despite the key being held in a lock box on a chain link fence at the top corner of the property with no assistance. This is basically a blatant rip off to extract more money without any additional assistance! I have stayed in many properties before and this is the first where the property manager was less than helpful and asked for more money. Lastly the air conditioning didn't work and we couldn't find instructions to work. Will find somewhere that knows what customer service is next time! :-( Just to add this is the first time I have written a bad review!
