In the heart of La Cala de Mijas, very popular area, very pleasant Penthouse located in a luxury residence, beautiful and large community with a magnificent garden with a large swimming pool and a children's pool
The residence borders the Noria golf course.
The apartment has an excellent location, within walking distance of the beach, shops and the many bars and restaurants of Cala de Mijas.
The bus stop is less than a 10-minute walk away.
The supermarkets are a 5-minute walk away as well as the market 2 times a week. You will therefore be able to make all your trips without having the use of a car.
The modern and comfortable apartment has a large living room very sunny. The kitchen is fully equipped with all comforts, washing machine, dishwasher...
You will have 2 bedrooms with large closets. The master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom, another bathroom is present for the 2nd bedroom.
All rooms have access to the superb 100m² terrace that wraps around the apartment.
The very sunny terrace will welcome you with maximum comfort, thanks to its layout surrounding the apartment and allowing you to enjoy it at any time of the day and year. You can take all your meals there, but also relax in the shaded garden furniture, or perfect your tan on the deckchairs, without vis-à-vis.
The rental has all the comforts, with air conditioning, free WIFI, satellite TV and a plancha.
In addition to all this, there is a secure outdoor parking area. An elevator facilitates access to the apartment.

Superb apartment. Has everything you could ask for on a holiday. Huge terrace on three sides that gets the sun all day.Within walking distance of the centre of La Cala.Could not ask for more.

Everything about this property was great. Our favourite was the extra large terrace which got sun all day and plenty of shade if needed.Chantal and Sebastian were great hosts.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location in couldn’t be better — just a short walk into the centre for restaurants, shops, and the beach. Really easy with kids and feels very family friendly.The terrace is incredible. Big, sunny, and perfect for breakfast and dinners outside. The pool area was another highlight. Lots of sun beds so we never had to hunt for a spot, and plenty of sun all day. Great for cooling off. Inside the apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We’d absolutely come back — the combo of location, terrace, and pool made it ideal for a family trip.

The apartment was clean, very well equipped, quality fittings and appliances. Bedrooms had good quality bedding and pillows with adequate wardrobe space and drawers.On the outside the balconies were spacious and had quality good quality sun beds and furniture, The location was excellent with good local restaurants and supermarkets. The main town centre was only a 10-15 minute stroll away where great shops, bars and restaurants can be found.Everything was perfect except for the TV system which was very poor compared to the current norm. ( No SKY, Sports or film channels, only 3 English channels, and Netflix version would not run)

Beautiful apartment on a lovely quiet site. Check in was easy and Sebastian was great. Close to amenities and walking distance to the beach. Excellent wifi and outdoor space was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay in this apmnt.We were welcomed on arrival by Sebastien who was very kind and very helpful. We would definitely book this apmnt again.

Family holiday

Amazing stay here with my family. Not too far from the beach and restaurants. Everything was clean and tidy. Had everything you would possibly need for a family. Very very impressed with this penthouse was truly beautiful. Pool facilities were very good. Check in and check out very easy was made to feel very welcome by Sebastian. Will 100% be coming back.

Fabulous apartment in lovely area of la cala apartment had everything required for a lovely holiday and was spotlessly clean.outside balcony is fantastic with lots furniture and sunbeds. Sebastian emailed the day before our arrival to confirm flight arrival time and was there to show us around on arrival. Will hopefully be back in the future

Excellent

Very well equipped apartment in a peaceful and quiet location.The wraparound balcony being a stand out feature for us and we certainly put it to good use. Communication was great throughout and Sebastien was extremely helpful. We visited the local bars and restaurants and enjoyed walking into La Cala of a night and walking on the beach boardwalk. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely come back.

Huge outdoor space, wraparound terrace with every possible seating/laying area thought of. Indoor amenities equally as impressive. Great communication from Sebastien. Lovely quiet location but close (5 minutes) walk to two supermarkets, close to restaurants too. 15 minute walk to main resort centre. Really comfy beds. We will definitely return to this fantastic penthouse apartment. Thanks for a fab home from home experience.

Perfect stay to escape the UK Winter.

The apartment is beautiful and in a perfect location in La Cala. Everything we needed was there and the minor difficulty when the iron broke was soon dealt with by Sabastien who provided a new one immediately. The only negative is the lack of British TV channels which in Winter can be an issue.

Fantastic apartment

Clean, well equipped apartment. Bed comfy. 10 minute walk into La Cala and Aldi supermarket. Very quiet but disappointed pool was out of action for 4 days due to maintenance. Would definitely return.

Perfect quiet location

Very well equipped apartment, huge penthouse terrace with access to a pool and loungers. Bright 2 bedrooms double and 2 singles. BBQ grill on terrace with loungers, dining and sitting area. 9 hole beautiful golf course 7min walk away with terrific cafe. 10 -15 min walk to town centre, bars, restaurants and shops Aldi 10 min walk away. Quiet and peaceful location. Buses from town to Marbella, Fuengirola etc would definitely stay again.

It was my first visit to La Cala de Mijas. Our luckiest part was that our hostess, Chantal was truly exceptional. She attended our tiniest requests always on time, with grace and honesty. She is the very best hostess I have ever had. The apartment was what we expected, extremely clean and well kept, located, close to all the amenities we needed, in walking distance to beaches, markets and 4 supermarkets. The place was secure and offered calm and tranquillity. I highly recommended this address.

The apartment is amazing. I have never left a review before as I am probably never 100% happy and I wouldn't want to say anything bad about a property. This was everything it says on the tin and more. I've stayed in La Cala for over 12 years and this is by far the best property I have stayed in. Brilliant location, brilliant apartment with the stand out feature being the balcony that goes all around the building. Chantal the host was brilliant prior to check in answering all my questions pretty much immediately. The check in process with Sebastien was spot on. I can honestly say that in all my years of staying abroad this has been the best experience. I would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you Chantal and Sebastien.

Home from home

A spacious, comfortable apartment in a lovely area, quiet, but close to everything.Big Carrefour 5 minutes walk and lots of good restaurants between 5-20 minutes walkWe loved our stay here.The host Chantal and the manager Sebastien were always quick to respond and solve any problem (we just had a slight boiler issue, quickly resolved by Sebastien)The apartment is very homely, clean and comfortable and the terrace is fabulous and always a part of it in the sun but plenty of shade if needed.The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are good.We would not hesitate to book this apartment again, it was one of our favourites and we have stayed in a lot of different ones in the La Cala/Fuengirola area.Thank you Chantal/Sebastien
