The property was perfect for our needs, and the house is so comfortable and inviting. The large family dining table was perfect for our families and for pre - Thanksgiving crafting on a rainy day. On our sunny days, we had Pacific Beach at the end of our block and had several beautiful walks. We had a lot of fun and will definitely be back to the Lucky 13! And to our host - thank you for the hot chocolate bar! The teens loved it and so did the parents (even better with the addition of some adult beverages).

Family friendly & great location

We've stayed in 6 different houses in Pacific Beach and this was by far our favorite. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great spacious place 2 blocks from the beach. We'll absolutely be staying here again!

Great place, clean and well stocked. Big kitchen and the best table ever for doing jigsaw puzzles and playing games. Less than a five minute walk to the beach, and a large fully-fenced yard (which was perfect for our dogs).

Great location

Close to the beach, stocked with lots of games, blankets, beach toys and cooking items. For larger groups, keep in mind that three of the beds are in one bedroom.

Best trip ever

I grew up spending my summers in pacific beach and this house was perfect for bringing my own kids to. They love that area and this house was perfect for our family of 6!

Perfect for our needs

This house was perfect for our annual getaway with friends. Lots of room for everyone; nicely stocked kitchen; great location. Only a very short walk to the beach. Also very pet friendly. Will rent this house again.

Perfect beach stay

This is our 3rd stay at this beach house and our family loves it! It is roomy and close to the beach and nice having our pets with us. It also looks like they recently painted and updated the house. We loved the smores bar as an added touch. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Another great stay!!! (2nd year for Mother's Day!)

Home away from home. We love everything about this home and hope to come back later in the year when hopefully (fingers crossed) the weather may be warmer. This place is so comfy and welcoming and we love Pacific Beach! It's an authentic beach town (wink-wink) and its awesome!

Nice place to stay.

The house is well furnished with linens and kitchen wares. Very short walk to huge sandy beach. Little store right across the street. Highly recommend this house for a quiet getaway. Thank you! We had a wonderful time.

Our new happy place

This house was perfect for our family of 4 (which includes 2 toddlers that get into everything!) There were toys, games, tv and plenty of room to run. The fenced in yard was also perfect for our pups. We hope to make it an annual trip! We also love the proximity to the beach and quiet town.

Superb stay!

My sister, wife, and mom all got together for a birthday this past weekend. We all had to drive from 5-7 hours away, and this house was absolutely perfect for our get together weekend! It was fully stocked with everything we needed, super close to the beach, it was spacious and cozy, and quite affordable for the 7 of us. Couldn't recommend it more!
