Property located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the "Numar" Condominium, comprising:



- 1st floor: entrance hall, 1 bedroom with double bed and access to a south-facing balcony, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 living room, 1 equipped kitchen and a second north-facing balcony with barbecue and sink, table and chairs, perfect for enjoying family meals.



- 2nd floor: hall, 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and access to large terraces facing north and south.



The kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, electric hob, oven, toaster, microwave, DOLCE GUSTO capsule coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.



There is a private car park within the condominium.



The apartment is air-conditioned and has Internet access (WI-FI) + MEO TV.

Beautiful apartment in great location

Apartment was of a high standard and very spacious and spotless indoors. However outdoor areas needed a bit more attention (glass around balcony could have been cleaner along with the floor tiles). Apartment very high spec maybe a full length mirror could be a good addition. 😊 pool area was very clean and a great pool to cool down in! Perhaps more information on the apartment could be beneficial i.e. visitors book; more information on the area (aware google is always available but it would be nice to have local knowledge). A slight criticism would be lack of contact with the booking agent, I felt I always had to make first contact maybe a little more personal touch would be nice. Would highly recommend this apartment (heads up allocated parking space is very tight, a smaller car is recommended)!😉
