It has 2 very generous patios, one of which is at the entrance, facing west, with a shower and the second terrace facing east, with access through one of the bedrooms and the living room, with a barbecue, stone table and benches, a sun umbrella, perfect for enjoying family meals outdoors.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, toaster, microwave, DELTA Q capsule coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. You'll find the washing machine in the bathroom.
The apartment is located about 50 metres from Praia da Lota, which is just a few metres from Manta Rota, with direct access via a wooden walkway on the beach, with various amenities within walking distance, including cafés, restaurants, a supermarket, an ATM, among others.
