T2 Apartment located in Manta Rota, just 2 minutes walking distance from Lota Beach, ideal for those seeking relaxing holidays by the sea in the Algarve. With approximately 90m², this spacious accommodation is perfect for families, couples, or small groups who value comfort, tranquility, and proximity to the beach.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house and consists of an entrance hall, two spacious double-bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a comfortable living and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features a combined refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, Delta Q capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils for preparing meals during the stay. The washing machine is located in one of the bathrooms.
For greater comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, free Wi-Fi, and television, allowing for a pleasant stay at any time of the year.
Outside, guests can enjoy two spacious patios. The entrance patio, facing west, features an outdoor shower, ideal after a day at the beach. The second terrace, facing east and accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms, has a barbecue, stone table and benches, and an umbrella, creating the perfect space for outdoor meals with family or friends.
