Nice ground floor apartment in gated urbanization Puerto Alto, close the beach, marina, sports centre and city center. All kind of services around. 2 double bedrooms, one en suite and 2 bathrooms with shower. Fully fitted kitchen and living-dinning room leading to a nice terrace with garden views. Sportscenter, supermarket and pharmacy on site. Walking distance to all kind of services and amenities. 400 metres from the beaches. 2 swimming pools on site. Airport transfer available, ask for rate.
To your comfort, it is recommended to book the apartment one more night for early arrivals or late departures.
*Pool open all year round except in the case of technical failure, storms or severe drought.

Spacious apartment

Lovely spacious apartment.2 lovely pool with plenty of sun beds.large super market across road and in an ideal location for marina with plenty bars and restaurants.

Good location

It was clean and comfortable with all the basic necessities. The agent Rosa was so helpful and friendly. The complex itself was very well maintained and in a good location near to supermarkets, shops and a good range of restaurants, although you have to be fit and healthy to climb the hill up to the apartment. There was easier access via a tiered route through the complex but still difficult for anyone with mobility or breathing difficulty.

Ok but not great

Door locks on the patio door broken so couldn’t be locked at all. Not great for a ground floor flat. Show blocked on first use. Not properly cleaned. Dirty floors. Nice location good pool.

Well equipped property In a great location

The property is clean, tidy and well equipped with beach chairs available to use. Ample space inside and out and close to all amenities without being too noisy but there is the general hustle and bustle of being near a port. It is on a very steep hill so need to have pretty good mobility but it’s not very high up. It’s only a couple of minutes walk from 2 supermarkets and 5 mins walk to the harbour with lots of restaurants and bars. The beaches are close by too and center of town a half hour walk along the front. Our only comment would be there are two decent sized pools with lifeguards but the rules mean you cannot use inflatables or pool toys (which was a little disappointing for us). We encountered a problem but I cannot praise Rosa enough. She was on hand and contactable immediately and without any hesitation helped us and solved the issue straight away. Would definitely recommend Estepona and Intermobiliria as hosts for a holiday.
