Lovely detached house on the slopes of Pratomagno in the Casentino area, peaceful panoramic position in the heart of the valley of the river Arno among olive groves and vineyards. Geographically it lies halfway between the three most important cities of art in Tuscany, that is Siena, Florence and Arezzo, all of which can be reached in less than an hour. Very well furnished.

On the ground floor a spacious sitting room with double bed settee, kitchen /dining room with entrance to portico furnished with tables and chairs, one double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Upstairs three double bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower, bathroom with tub, panoramic terrace.

Upon arrival, customers must hand over a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of their stay less the cost of any damages incurred.
The prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, linen for bedrooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly), high-speed Internet connection and Wi-Fi.
Any consumption of heating is not included in the price and will be paid on the spot according to consumption (euro 1,50 per mc)
Not included: pets small size € 30,00 per pet per week; final cleaning (mandatory) € 350,00.
