Cozy warm CONDO with everything you need

This condo is the perfect cozy spot for both short and long stays. The highlight is the fully stocked kitchen—it truly has everything you need and more, from all the essential appliances to thoughtful extras that make cooking easy and enjoyable. The pull-out bed is surprisingly comfortable, and the master bedroom is even better—clean, quiet, and perfect for restful nights. The location is great—close to everything but still peaceful—and parking was super easy. You can tell the hosts really care about making your stay comfortable. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Convenient Condo well located

This place was perfect for the 2 of us (60's) It has parking and laundry and a useable kitchen and patio. We come to Ketchum annually and wanted to try a new neighborhood and it did not disappoint. It was quiet and peaceful.

Nice getaway during shoulder season

This condo was perfect for our 2 night stay. Everything was perfect, comfy bed, perfect location. It is an upstairs condo close to Dollar Mountain resort. We walked out of the condo one morning and hiked several of the trails on Dollar Mountain. Only thing missing was the clubhouse, it was under renovation...

Great location, nice older condo.

A very nice, older condo with a great location. Everything you need is there. The nightly rate for the property was very reasonable, but all the fees associated with the booking almost totaled the 3 nights we stayed there. Perhaps the reason for a very fair nightly rate.

Great location! The condo is dated, however it was clean and well stocked. Furnishings are older, but in good shape and comfortable. Don’t let the ground level entry door fool you, the entire living space is up a steep flight of stairs.Please note, the shower head is low and in need of replacement. Great location issues with amenities listed

Great location! But. Gas fireplace did not work (lots of noise but no flame/heat). The exterior of the fireplace looked like it is under repair. No TV cable. Lots of power strips and no grounded electrical outlets. Could be potential hazards for future vacationers.

Initially, we had difficulty opening the l co box containing the key. It took several attempts. Although the carpet was an off white color, there were several obvious stains in the main entry way upstairs. Several of the dishes were dirty which required me to re wash all dishes in the cabinet.

Unfortunately we did not have sheets that fit the pullout sofa and no pillowcases for the pillows. We also did not have any beach towels as described. They only provided 4 towels but not washcloths or hand towels. We let them know late at night and the next at the brought over the smaller towels and a sheet set but none of the other items. There was also gross mucus on the walls of the bedroom. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was clean.

Excellent location and Clean

The overall property is nice and walking distance to Dollar Mountain, not ski in ski out as I would define that. The condo was clean. The clubhouse is across the parking from the condo, so it is very close and convenient. The club house is new and very nice and the hot tub was great. The condo has old amenities, no washer or dryer, which I did not realize and would be nice when you have kids and they play in the snow and get things wet and dirty. The kitchen is very empty. It has dishes, utensils, pots and pans. But it does not have any ziplocks, aluminum foil, salt, etc. You need everything if you want to cook or store food. We went food shopping before we checked in and did not realize we would need to purchase/bring many of those types of things. It seems trivial, but it was inconvenient. This was disappointing. I would not stay at this condo again, but I would stay at the property again due to the location and convenience. I would rent an updated condo and hope it might have some of the little things. Lastly, a window scraper would be awesome especially if you rent a car in the winter.

I expect more from Vacasa!

This property is exactly what happens when a property management co. just cares about getting more listings and not quality listings. The condo is worn and tired. Needs a major professional cleaning, update sheets, blankets, towels, carpet (or at least pro. cleaned) furniture, etc. The shower head is set at about 4 feet high, so you are bending down to wash your head, etc. Could be easily resolved with hand wand. The instructions were not correct, couldn't use the fireplace the first day, had to have the manager come out and get it working. Also the next door neighbor who is full time has a dog that barks all night long. I had to find the condo manager to resolve it, he said it happens all the time, so that's not great. All and all just frustrating, as it is a Vacasa property, I expect more from them. The good is the location can't be beat for Dollar Mtn. Until this home is updated and cleaned and the neighbor moves, I would not recommend it.

Great location and space

It was a very short walk to Sun Valley Lodge and Resort which was very convenient. The home was very clean upon our arrival and had everything we needed for our quick. The hot tub at the Snowcreek Club House was amazing.

Great location in Sun Valley

Great location within walking distance to Sun Valley Village and Dollar Mountain. This place has everything you could possibly want for a Sun Valley vacation. Yes, it is dated and needs some updates. But for the price you are paying... you have everything you need. We would love to stay here again.

A little wear and tear but nice overall.

Bathroom a bit rundown and the carpet is old and has a few stains but the layout is functional and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat. Off the beaten path so somewhat quiet but plan on driving to most attractions. Sun Valley is accessible with a medium length walk to a restaurant and a few shops and Ketchum is a short drive and has easy free parking available.
