エルクホーンにあるこの新しく改装された2ベッドルーム/ 2バスコンドミニアムは、 1000平方フィートの居住空間と睡眠6。 オープンキッチンには、クオーツカウンタートップとすべてのステンレス鋼の器具が備わっています。 カウンタートップには3つのバースツールがあり、6人掛けのダイニングテーブルがあります。 リビングルームにはガス暖炉と40インチのフラットスクリーンテレビがあります。 リビングエリアからは、夏と秋に山の景色を楽しむためのガスグリルと屋外席のあるデッキがあります。
マスターベッドルームには、キングベッド、32インチのフラットスクリーンテレビ、シャワーのみと洗面台が1つ付いた専用バスルームがあります。 2番目のベッドルームには、クイーンベッドとツイン二段ベッドがあり、バスタブ/シャワーとシングルシンクの洗面化粧台が付いた廊下のバスルームにアクセスできます。 キッチン近くの廊下のクローゼットに洗濯機/乾燥機があります。

We truly enjoyed our time in Sun Valley! The apartment itself was so comfortable and well stocked. Although the fitness center is small, we appreciated having access to the machines. We would love to stay again.

We loved location and it was very clean. Interior was remodeled and looked new, enjoyed all the walking paths and how peaceful it was. We would definitely stay here again.

It was exceptionally clean. It had nice linens, towels and bath products. The kitchen had everything that we could want as far utensils and pantry products. Highly recommend Alpine Lodging as they make sure your stay will be comfortable.

Alpine Lodging does an excellent job in making their guest feel appreciated. They insured the condo was spotlessly clean. The information they provided about the rental prior to booking was 100% accurate. The condo itself was exceptionally clean, in a great location and had all the comforts we needed to enjoy our stay.

It’s small, but easily could fit a family of four or five—it was spacious for 3 of us! It looks out onto a grassy field and the tennis courts, which was great for us with a 5 year old who likes to run around. It’s definitely not in town and it would be a stretch to say it’s walkable, but we didn’t have a problem with parking at the condo or driving into town. We will definitely stay again!

The rental was more than we expected, the kitchen was fully stocked, coffee maker worked well. The bathrooms we perfect for us and the view out the back was great...the first day we had a visitor that flew by and left his mark on the patio door, we called maintenance and they had the HOA come take care of it.I would truly recommend this place to anyone planning a stay in the area, and we would stay again.

Great Stay for a Small Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We brought our 2yo for a week and the place was perfect. It had a fully stocked kitchen. We loved that it is on a ground floor and the back patio had direct access to the green space. It's a little bit of a trek, but the condo was still bike-able via the greenbelt into downtown Ketchum. The fireplace wasn't working during our stay, which was kind of a bummer, but it wasn't super cold outside so we didn't push the issue too much. The master bedroom mattress probably needs replaced soon. If that is something someone else is sensitive to, it might not be a good fit. We would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed in our Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall experience was negative in terms of quality of the property, location, and the communication with the property management company. First off, they got my email wrong twice, so I did not receive any email confirmations until the two weeks before our stay after calling multiple times. Secondly, we had to change our reservation, and were informed we would receive a discount for the last night. Upon checkout we were informed this was incorrect, and had to pay for a night we weren’t even there. Make sure you read the fine print if you book, but highly recommended you work with someone else. We found the overall experience with Alpine Lodging very unprofessional, and will not book through them again.

Happy with our stay

We spent two full weeks here and the property was as described, well-kept and appointed with everything we needed. We enjoyed the use of the pool & poolhouse. Location was great, nice neighborhood too!

The condo is nicely remodeled with beautiful decor and nice appliances. We were also impressed with how clean the condo was upon our arrival. Additionally it was well stocked with games and tennis rackets/balls which we made use of almost daily. This condo was perfectly situated only ~5-7 min walk to the Harker Swimming pool and park/playground and there was tennis courts right in the backyard. It was great to have a ground floor unit for our kids so they could run around in the grass.We had a great time and hope to stay in this condo again sometime soon!

Great family stay

It's a great condo and was perfect for our family of 3. Location: backs up to the tennis courts, which was great. 2 pools within walking distance. It was pretty quiet during our stay but keep in mind this is ground floor and you may have people walking right by your windows. Natural Grocers was about 15 min away and the town of Ketchum was also a short drive. IF you're a golfer, I recommend playing Trail Creek. Wifi was solid but there isn't a desk in the house so youll need to use the dining room table or a make shift one in the guest bedroom. The one thing we didn't like was the heat. It was relatively hot and with no AC and almost no breeze....it was impossible to cool down the unit. There are fans but they didn't do a ton for us. We had a few nights of less than stellar sleep b/c of the heat.
