Very nice location, a bit worn apartment

Nice welcome by the host. Very nice view over the sea. Great pool for the kids. Very close to shops, restaurants, the beach, public transportation. So the location was very nice. The apartment itself had all we needed, but it was a bit worn. There was also a nice breeze through the apartment so it wasn't too warm. The quality and state of the furniture, kitchen items etc. were not the best. The chairs were made from plastic. The beds were only 180 cm long - we are used to 200 cm beds. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Great location but in need of more TLC

We (2 adults) spent 10 days here in September. The apartment is on the 11th (in fact the 12th, but for some reason one floor doesn't count) floor in a building from the 60's. It has two elevators. There is a pool in the private yard and straight access to the beach. Carlos responded very quickly to our messages and was right on time to welcome us. Everything in the apartment worked (except for the oven), the beds were okay, there were cleaning products and toiletpaper but it must be mentioned that the interior is quite worn. There were cheap garden chairs in the living and we bought our own pillows to make ourselves (a little bit) more comfortable in the old wicker furniture outside. There was no proper coffee maker, only a leaky 2-cup percolator, the interior of the fridge was broken and the washing mashine didn't finish it cycles on its own. There were cracked and loose floor tiles. The blinds in the bedrooms were broken and didn't keep the light out. Both showers are uncomfortable and the whole apartment (especially the kitchen) needed a good clean. The great location under the Spanish sun, the beautiful views from the balcony (in fact it's a huge terrace!) combined with the pool and jacuzzi downstairs makes up mostly for what's missing. But not everything. This place needs more Tender Loving Care. Did this spoil our vacation though? Not at all - we had a very good time!

Buena estancia

El piso estaba muy limpio, ordenado y como se describía en el anuncio y se veía en las fotos. Buena ubicación. La facilidad del trato con el propietario para la llegada y la salida muy bien. El único pero que le puedo poner (yo personalmente, porque mis amigos les dió un poco más igual) es que la habitación doble tiene una persiana de lamas metálicas la cual no conseguimos que nos evitara la entrada de luz al amanecer.
