Beach villa w/ heated whirlpool & amazing sea view

This recently refurbished villa, surrounded by a colourful 6,000 sqm garden sloping towards the Ionian Sea, is about 10 minutes' walk from a magnificent golden sandy beach. Highlights include a heated jacuzzi with panoramic sea and sunset views, and a private playground for your kids.

The interiors of the villa, furnished with comfort and attention to detail, are modern but retain numerous local architectural elements, such as the pretty tuff vaults. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (which can be joined to create another double bed if required) and two bathrooms with a shower. In the living room there is a double sofa bed and a fireplace. The kitchen is separate from the living room and has a gas hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, as well as crockery, cutlery, pots and everything you need to prepare your meals. The interiors of the house are air conditioned (there is an air conditioner between the living room and the bedrooms) and the windows are equipped with mosquito nets. There is also a washing machine and two televisions, as well as a business-quality WiFi connection with unlimited traffic. Splendid is the outdoor panoramic covered terrace where you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the Ionian Sea below, surrounded by the colours and scents of the large garden.

The garden is exclusive to you and will not be shared with anyone else. In addition to the stone grill (wood or charcoal) for your BBQ evenings, there is a modern whirlpool, which can be heated up to 40°C. After a day at the beach or exploring the pretty towns of Salento, here you can enjoy a relaxing massage in the hot tub while admiring the sunset over the sea.

The whirlpool can be used on request all year round (also in the winter months) for a surcharge of €120 for the preparation €15 per day. This surcharge covers the water costs for the whirlpool and its regular cleaning by a specialist company.

Below the house, in the lower part of the garden, is your private children's playground with a slide, swing and seesaw (use at your own risk, parents are responsible for their children). The property is completely fenced.

The villa is located in the Pescoluse area, a small seaside resort on the Ionian coast of Salento, between Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca, characterized by kilometres of golden sandy beaches fringed by dunes and Mediterranean plants. From the villa you can walk in about 10 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach of Lido Tropical, with crystal clear and shallow waters, ideal also for children. Other beaches such as the "Maldives of Salento", the Cinque Vele, the Lido Gold are in the immediate vicinity. The villages of Pescoluse and Torre Pali are each less than 2 km away and offer a variety of restaurants and shops. In the vicinity you can also book boat trips with or without a skipper or practice numerous sports activities, including water sports.





Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.

Final cleaning is not included and costs €140, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

Pets are NOT allowed in this property.

We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

By booking this accommodation, you accept that:

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.
